I have been to one of these places before in Las Vegas. But it was kind of sketchy. This place was quite they always offer this great opportunity right now. 60 minutes for $35 of wonderful comfortable foot massage. And I think a little Foot reflexology thrown in for good measure. I got out of my car and went through the small parking lot and the man was waiting at the door for me. Maybe they're not very busy on Sunday so I think. I was greeted warmly, but immediately realized there was a huge language barrier. I'm not sure he even understood what I was saying, but he was gracious and sweet. The woman at the desk took my Groupon information and then he let me down a long hallway. It was quite dark and relaxing. Several rooms on either side with sliding doors, Asian style. I was led into one on the far left side and it was quiet calm and serene. He motioned for me to sit down on the footstool and then said off with your shoes, to which I obliged. He came back with a big tub of warm water for me to put my feet in well he gave me a nice shoulder and neck massage. I was then asked to lie down on the reclining chair, and then he worked on my feet. Got knots and tingles where I didn't no I have them. Super feet is my number one choice for deep tissue massage. Keep in mind that they dig in good so if you want a soft fluffy spa massage then you really need to go to a spa. I had bursitis in my shoulder I had gone to physical therapy for months to no avail, three weeks in a row of 90 minute massages at super feet and I could lift my arm over my head no problem. I love reflexology massage and was spoiled by having a real, Chinese reflexology spa in my old CT neighborhood. I have been on the hunt for several years trying to find a decent place in MA but always left disappointed by the experience. I had high hopes for Super Feet in Wilmington but those were squashed pretty quickly as well. I will start with the pros. Very clean and friendly. I was also able to get a same day appointment on a Saturday for two people. The room was dark, quiet, chairs were comfy. Cons - First, I could hear the noise from the restaurant patrons next door over the spa music, which was distracting. Two, we requested the 60 minute foot-only massage but they still tried to start with our backs and shoulders. When we stopped them and said feet only, they actually left the room and didn't come back for 10 minutes, so really it was only a 45 minute massage. Third, we asked for medium pressure but I had to ask my therapist to go lighter several times. In fact my therapist had long thumbnails which he kept digging into my feet and it actually hurt. Why on earth would you not trim your nails if your going to do reflexology massage?? Fourth - and the worst part - my therapist stopped and got up not once but TWICE in the middle of my massage to answer the front door/work the front desk. Who does that in the middle of a massage? Don't take the appointment if you don't have enough help to cover it. Ridiculous. Never experienced anything like that before. Apparently others have had good experiences here, so I guess it is hit or miss. Go at your own risk. read more

I actually gave in after she insisted, however, I realized how disingenuous they are. I've been going to Super Feet for a couple of years now. I've had the 30, 60 & 90 minute foot massages, the couples massage, the 60 minute foot with 30 minute body... all were excellent. The location is close to work and very convenient for a quick lunch break or a longer appointment after work or on the weekend. The price is so affordable for the services I get. The location is always clean and welcoming, the massage rooms are very comfortable and can accommodate a fun girls night out if you are going with friends. This massage is reflexology, it can be quite "deep tissue" pressure and if it's too much you can ask for a lighter massage. The staff tend to ask if it's "ok" and are always willing to make it comfortable for the patron. I've know several people who go there and absolutely love it. If you are looking for a "fancy massage" with scented oils and light pressure this isn't the place. This is a great, healthful massage to work the kinks out and I can tell the pressure points are really working. With the deep tissue pressure you can sometimes "feel it" the next couple of days. I bought a Groupon for a couples massage and came here with my girlfriend. I didn't check reviews until after I bought it and was worried; however, we were both pleasantly surprised! Making an appointment was easy and we were welcomed in when we arrived. Check in was very easy - they implemented a tablet check in and you can indicate how deep you want the massage (between light, medium, and deep). Because we saw a lot of comments here complaining about it being too deep, we chose medium. They went deep enough that we could work out knots but it wasn't painful. My girlfriend thought it was perfect and I could have gone even deeper. I think a few of these negative comments might be people who had this be their first massage. Some other comments to address what other people have talked about: There is a language barrier, but with the easy check in we didn't find any problem with it. The rooms were clean and very nice. They didn't have the full walls, so sound can get through to you. The massage place was quiet, but the restaurant next door had some loud music that we could hear. The music next door isn't something this place could control for, but they could maybe have relaxing music play on their own speaker system to try and counteract it. Overall, it was a wonderful massage, especially for the price. We felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. We definitely think we'll come here again. read more

Not for the Faint of Heart, it's DEEP tissue!! I went here on the recommendation of a friend, and because you can't beat the price (2 hrs for $100?!). It was a nice facility with lovely people, but this is NOT for the faint of heart! We went for a couples massage and started with the feet - it was comfortable and relaxing, but the focus was on the middle of the foot, not any of the parts you would normally think need massaging - heels, arches, toes. Harmless, but not incredibly useful. We then moved onto the body hour, OOF!!! - I don't often get massages, but they aren't joking around about deep tissue! I was in pain almost the whole hour, grinding my teeth and counting down the seconds and minutes til the hour was up. I thought I was just being weak, but my husband was flinching too, and his masseuse just thought he was ticklish, which he is not, so I knew he wasn't having the best experience either. I wish they would 1) ask about the level of pressure, or 2) at least be able to read body language. I went rigid like a corpse every time he touched somewhere new, and squeaked in pain a couple times - for a "body expert," I would expect they would sense/ see all my muscles clench up with each new touch. I spent the hour in pain, left in pain, and am still tender and bruised the next day - hurts to move, shower, dress, lay down, etc. I will need a different massage to undo that one, as soon as my back isn't painful to the touch. I was given a Goupon coupon as a gift and I made an appointment. When I made the appointment at the Wilmington, MA location I was not asked if I was using a coupon. When I showed up at the scheduled time the person that appeared at the front desk saw I was holding a coupon and said they were not accepting coupons for that visit. I wanted an explanation and would have rebutted his assertion, however, this was during Covid restrictions and he was not wearing a mask (I was wearing one) and decided it would be safer to leave. I went to Super Feet today for my first time and didn't really know what to expect - but my foot was in so much pain I knew something was better than nothing (plantar fasciitis). My god!! Susan completely transformed my mood and pain in a 60 minute foot massage/reflexology session. We went into a small private room with a sliding door that remained about 20% open the whole time - no biggie. They were busy so they were chatting a tiny bit here and there. Susan sat me down and I placed my feet in a basin of hot water. She massaged my neck, back, scalp, arms, and hands. I then lied down on the massage bed/chair and she massaged each leg and foot area. It was an amazing experience and I'll definitely be going back for a foot massage and also going to try their deep tissue massage too. I'd totally recommend this place to those seeking relief! This place is not that great. We got a Groupon deal for a couples massage, so we gave it a try. There were parts of the massage we liked, but more parts we disliked. Things we did not like: - when we walked in we were not asked to fill any forms. Every other massage/spa place we've been to ask us to fill out parts we want more pressure/less pressure, etc. so that was odd. - audible rooms. At one point my masseuse was screaming at the receptionist. They need to understand people come here to relax and not be disturbed. She left the room 3 times. - masseuse was not putting enough pressure. Usually every spa we go to we fall asleep, but we did not feel relaxed at all and we were awake and disturbed the whole time. Also at the end of the massage when she was wiping the oils off with a hot towel, she shook my body as if she was trying to wake me up. My boyfriend and I went here yesterday for a couples massage. After seeing the reviews I was a little nervous as people said the massages were rough. I decided to go anyways because maybe for us itd be different. When I got there I said we'd like a light massage, just in case. When I tell you I had such a hard massage, I'm not kidding one bit. In some cases the masseuse was rubbing me and I just wanted her to stop. It was such a relief when it was over. Today my boyfriend and I are in such bad pain. Had an appointment for a Couples Massage from a Groupon and it was different from any other massage I've had. It was focused on mainly the back, a little on the arms and backs of legs (we never flipped over). It was more of body work than a relaxing massage. Our backs were sore for several days afterwards (but still not sure if the sore was in a good way or a bad way). I can tell you one thing, they sure put a lot of effort into the back work and used lots of pressure. I had read the reviews on yelp ahead of time, else I would have been very displeased with the atmosphere. As the other reviews state, there are no real walls so you can hear everything from the reception room. It feels like other clients are IN the massage room with you. There was some weird noises going on in the background as well- not sure if the music was having an issue, they were doing construction or what. The masseuses did not talk to us, never asked if certain areas were sore/off limits/injuries etc. We did not fill out any forms. Did not ask about levels of pressure or check in on us. The other thing that threw me off was the massage table is covered with paper, as in dr office exam table paper. Once I let all these things go and accepted I was not at a glamourous 5 star day spa- it was what it was- the experience was fine. The prices were really good, but again, you need to be able to overlook the atmosphere. Not sold on if I'd go back or not. Maybe I'd try a foot massage. read more

I cannot believe what just happened. I was greeted by a woman who came up front after a minute or two of standing alone in the lobby. There was confusion over what I was asking for, so I walked up and pointed to the massage time I wanted. That seemed to clear up the confusion and she started to walk back to a room. I followed. She opened the door and spoke only a language I am unfamiliar with, then closed the door. I've had a massage before, so I went ahead and disrobed then got under the towel... and waited. Another customer came in while I lied there, he had the same language barrier issues that I did, but after a few minutes I could clearly hear he was able to clarify what he wanted, too. She guided him to his room beside mine (the ceiling is open, so you can hear everything else happening in the building) and closed his door. THEN she opened my door, tapped me on the shoulder, and said, "No massage now." And pointed to my clothes. I had so many questions, naturally. And every answer was, "No massage now." Well then, I want a refund on my gift certificate because I am never returning here. "No massage now." That's when I gave up and called the store number from my car and they agreed to grant my refund *if I come in next Monday and ask for Bella*...?! Seriously? Do you have absolutely no one on-site who can communicate with guests to resolve this today? It was such a bizarre, unprofessional, and overall uncomfortable experience. I think that has to be hands down the worst customer service of any establishment I have ever frequented. My family emigrated to America, so I appreciate different languages. But to successfully run a business in a country, at least one person who speaks the native language should be present to ensure the most basic of customer service is being provided to each customer. From other reviews, it appears this happens frequently at Superfeet. I will not be giving this place another try. I bought the Groupon for a 1 hour foot massage. Read the reviews AFTER I purchased Groupon & dreaded my purchase. I called up & made an appointment - you can only use the Groupon M-Th, no weekends, also make sure you tell them you have a Groupon. I approached my appointment full of skepticism & was ready to be disappointed after all the bad reviews. Much to my surprise, I was not disappointed with my purchase! Here's what you need to know: Yes, there is a language barrier, they speak very little English, but they checked me in with big smiles & scanned my Groupon with no issue. The rooms are clean & comfortable but the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling so yes, you can hear noise. A lot from the surrounding business, not sure what it was but sounded like a party was going on. While my feet soaked I got a 15 min head, neck, shoulder & arm massage. Then we moved on to the foot massage. I have zero complaints. I had a man & the pressure was very strong which I prefer, there is ZERO talking (another big plus for me) since they don't speak much English. He gave a great massage. When it was done, I tipped 20% & there was no issue with the tip at all. They were incredibly friendly & insisted I take a bottle of water before leaving. I have travelled in Asia Pacific many times for work & this place reminded me of massage places in AP, they are basic but clean. They take your money & get to work, no chit chat, just a powerful massage & you're out the door. If you're looking for an American Day Spa with fluffy robes & cucumber water, this is NOT the place for you. Not sure you even need Groupon either as foot massages were $45 on the menu. Just had a great foot reflexology massage at the Wilmington location. Called ahead to make an appt for two for 60 minutes. On arrival they checked us in, took our temperature and gave us hand sanitizer. We had a private room with soft music and dim lighting which was very relaxing. While our feet soaked in comfortably hot water they started the massage on neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, and hands. After wrapping our feet and settling us in our chairs, they massaged our feet and concentrated on pressure points, then finished with hot stones on our legs and feet. So first off I had made an appointment, and the guy at the desk kept blowing up my phone to see of I was coming and I wasn't late yet. Secondly I asked for a deep foot massage and I barely got that. The girls used her knuckles to gently massage my feet the entire time. I gave my tip in cash while she hovered over me while I paid for my foot massage. The girl gasped and spoke in whatever language to the guy taking my payment and he damaged not once but twice for a bigger tip!! First off one has to tip if they don't want to, secondly you never ever demand/ask for more money as a tip from a customer at all ever under and circumstances. She sucked at my massage. She was so gently it tickled and I still tipped pretty well. She got more of a tip then most give their pedicurest. I'll never come back here again. Save your money. I love this place. I go 2-3 times a week and they almost always have availability right away. Bella is very efficient with her scheduling and is a very good masseuse! The prices are also great. I typically get 1 hr feet massage followed by 1 hr of body massage, both for $95!!! And you get a stamp every time you go, after 7-10 massages you get one free! I love this place, and I almost don't want to post this so there's always availability for a massage, but I know how tough it is to find a good, reliable and affordable spa. This was THE absolute worst experience I have ever had at a spa. Firstly, they spoke ZERO English. In order to communicate with staff, one of them handed me their cell phone with their ear dirty piece for me to speak to someone else who was rude, abrasive and ignorant.
