It's located near the Whole Foods in Short Pump and has a lot of free parking out front. You're able to do curbside pick up if you want too. I usually go inside because I enjoy looking at all their goodies and daydreaming about outdoor trips. In the past, I've gotten climbing gear, camping gear, and apparel here. While things are pricey, I appreciate what great quality their stuff is. And I while I have never used this before, it sounds like they repair the stuff you get from here for you. I just learned on a recent trip that you can use your receipt to get free access to state parks if you're a member which is so awesome. I'm excited to use this for Pocahontas State Park next time I go. The people are always super kind here and willing to help with any questions you may have.

They won't cover or reimburse me for the original shipping cost OR the shipping cost associated with returning them to get a "full" refund. That full refund would likely work out to actually be something like a 25-35 percent refund after me paying around 30 dollars for shipping and having absolutely nothing to show for it.

Seemed intentional. They do not want to help you firstly then you are only allowed to try on one shoe. I asked well okay then if we buy the shoes and try the second shoe on in the store before going outside and they don't fit may we exchange or return them? They said, no because then they would be dirty. So I said so then I can't return them so then they said nope you can't. Then she said, we recommend they recommend you try on the shoes before buying them. I said okay, may I have the other shoe so we can try them on? She said no you only get one shoe to try on. Side note, feet are not even the same size! Mind you, these were sandals for my toddler that's almost 2. I said I need to have her try on both cause of the elastic around the back and make sure she doesn't trip and fall when she's wearing the shoes. They IGNORED me and had get out energy. Regardless of it being a situation with a toddler, who is not allowed to try on shoes at a SHOE store?!!! Being that they were mean to a mom with a toddler made it even worse. Will NEVER come back to this store again and confused by such ill treatment. At the end it was clear this was all intentional poor treatment. What's crazy is ALL the staff were mean. So is the manager seriously allowing people to be treated this way?

A friend recommended Fleet Feet ages ago but I didn't finally give them a try until I hurt my foot in the gym partially due to very old shoes. I came in on a Friday evening and two other customers were already there but Anthony did an amazing job of bouncing between us and providing excellent service. I explained my situation, what kind of workouts I typically do, and he walked me through the measuring process which consisted of stepping on a platform and walking a few strides over a cushiony mat. (Thank god, you do not have to run!) Anthony explained my readings & shortly came back with three awesome options he thought would be great for me. Unlike Cinderella, though, Anthony nailed it on the first shot. The CloudFlow shoes felt so amazing they made me realize just how old and worn out my other pair was! Due to some discrepancy in my arches, Anthony also recommended some insoles which he custom cut for my new kicks. In addition to that, I also snagged some workout gear from their selection. The shoes were $140, insoles $50, and the gear was $60, so not cheap but you can definitely tell it's quality stuff! I already wore everything for the next morning workout and it all felt great! It is bright, clean and the merchandise organized and well placed. They have just about any athletic brand that you would want - The North Face, Columbia, Nike, Under Armour, etc. They seem reasonably priced and also have a large clearance section. I love how much ladies under armour they have and all of the coordinating colors. I am a big fan!
