I asked the manager to provide me with examples of work (pictures of natural dreadlocks made by their hair stylist) which would help me decide if I can trust this place to maintain my locks. I didn't see any point of stopping by "for a discussion" without any idea what kind of work the dreadlock master does. Why would I waste my free time for a useless talk? Would you also go to the hairdresser who does not have any work to show and blindly believe that they can do their job properly?! Before I pick service I always have to look at their works, pics, styles. You never let anyone touch your nails or hair without portfolio. Also, I DO NOT NEED any store credit or store products, I needed only references and a proper conversation with a specialist. But as far as I understand, The "stylist" does not have proper works to show. Not only I didn't get pictures but after a long discussion, my polite request to exchange the gift certificate back for money was declined as per "their policy". I would not go blindly to the salon and mess with the dreadlocks I cherish, therefore I am just stuck with a useless piece of paper, that I cannot exchange back. Folks, don't buy any certificates at this place and tell your partners not to give you such an expensive and not exchangeable "surprise". Better treat yourself with some nice weekend trip.

I got there at about 5:15 and waited for the call, it never came. When I did call, I was told I was called and never showed up! My phone clearly showed they had definitely NOT called. I could hear the VERY RUDE person I was speaking with ask the person next to them, "Was she called?" The person responded, "No, I didn't call her." Then, I was VERY RUDELY told, "We're now closed.", this was before 6:00! SUCH AWFUL, RUDE PEOPLE! Definitely DO NOT recommend!!!
