This is a neat and clean cheese shop/factory right in the heart of Amish area. You can watch the cheese being made and learn about the entire process. A co-op of local farmers bring in milk from pasture fed cows. Try the pizza cheese curds. Sooo good! Not only do they have a variety of cheese but also baked goods. The Amish fried pies, cheese bread,apple pies and donuts are all excellent. You can pick up a bees wax candle or some homemade soap too. The service is always friendly and helpful. read more
