Countless times I have come in for a routine adjustment feeling fine and by the end of the day or next day I am in pretty extreme pain. As someone who has received chiropractic care my whole life and has seen many doctors at the Joint the over past 4 years, Dr. Carlos is one of the worst chiropractors I've ever been treated by. Something is off with his technique, I almost always develop weird nerve pain after I see him. I will drive to other locations or come on days when he's not there if I can. I have been going to chiropractors for years, but the Dr. that adjusted me today was more thorough than I have ever experienced. As a new patient, they took the time to examine, reevaluate after each adjustment, explain each thing they were going to do, and even did a few adjustments that prior chiropractors hadn't done on me before. I left feeling great! The adjustment area is open, so another patient may be getting treatment at the same time as you (not as awkward as I initially thought it would be). Due to this set up, I overheard the bedside manner with repeat clients and they were just as thorough. The clinic is clean, modern, has ample parking, and in a convenient plaza! I see a prior review that referenced sales being pushed - I didn't personally feel that way at all! While they do offer subscriptions and packages, it wasn't pushed on me but did prove to be much more cost effective. The new patient appointment was $29 including the initial exam and adjustment which was quite reasonable. Repeat visits are $45 which is in line with other chiropractors in the area, but they also offer numerous packages that lower the cost! For example, I chose a package that offers 6 visits to be used within 12 months for $199. I'll definitely be back!

As soon as I walked in the environment was calm and clean, the receptionist was friendly and checked me in quickly. The chiropractic office is large and offers several types of technology to help with adjustments and other services. The doctor was kind and informative, and I left feeling upright and really good. I will be back this week for another adjustment and hopefully another round in the amazing massage chair. If you're local give this place a try, they also accept several types of insurance.
