**Now called Day Spa Massage on Google** For experienced massage-goers and under 6ft tall ONLY!…read moreVery nice ladies working and massage was amazing! Language barriers meant very little instruction so wouldn't recommend as your first time. And I'm 6ft tall and my feet hung off the bed and sheet wasn't long enough so my feet got a little cold When you walk in they only ask how long and cash or card. They only ask for a signature at the beginning and allow you to add a tip to the receipt afterward (was worried I'd have to run out and get cash). They do watch you write the tip just to say thank you. If you want anything specific you need to request. I let them know I wanted deep tissue but not too hard and pressure was perfect the whole time. There are not a lot of boundaries in this massage meaning it does include the butt in open air. I undressed and started face down. At first the massage started underneath the sheet (no skin contact) but then round two was uncovered and she asked if oil was okay. Then she put the sheet back on and grabbed a hot towel. The massage and wipe down was pretty aggressive but possibly because I asked for firmer. There was privacy while I flipped over and at the end she offered me a water bottle. I left feeling relaxed (she found knots I didn't know I had) and happy to support a local business

A few moments felt good, but asking her to ease up just made her more eager to press harder. then on the way out, I was asked to tip (refused to do it beforehand) and was told $20. I was literally scoffed at for doing 20% of two massages. not sure if it's a front for something else - but if you want an assertive, fart-filled experience, where 20% is never enough, than this is the place for you!!

When I arrived, Marissa turned out to be a transgender female. While I don't have an issue with this, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, she kept breathing very heavy, burping and blew the stinky breath into my face, and shaking the table which was disorienting. Also, she didn't lighten up when I asked her to change the pressure. Overall not a horrible experience, but as a long time customer with high standards for J. Sterling, I was disappointed. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

The masseuse for my full body massage was very polite, however it seemed like she was in a rush to get things done and massaged very quickly. I understand everyone prefers different speeds and pressure, but I was never asked and she was too fast/hard handed for my liking. She focused more on my face/jawline/head area, rather than my back and body(which I mentioned my back needed the most attention). After my massage, I was told to wait in the front lobby for my facial. I was then brought back to the facial room, the esthetician was nice and laid back. She told me upfront that my added on aromatherapy was just essential oils added to her wrists; so that add on was a huge waste. I smelt it when she first applied it to herself and then it disappeared. She also wore gloves during the entire facial, which caused the gloves to stick to my face and basically pull my skin. Not sure if that is a personal choice of hers or the business, but I've never had an esthetician wear them. The facial lasted less than the 50 minutes that were booked, with her leaving the room for almost 10 of those minutes during the facial. Once I was done, I began to walk out the front lobby. The employee sitting at the front desk rudely questioned if I had already paid. I responded yes, that my husband had booked the service and paid online. She stated she did not see any gratuity added and asked how I would like to add that today. Overall, the entire booking was not worth the money or my time. I immediately noticed neck pain and my face was extremely uncomfortable. It also didn't add to the already unpleasant experience when the front desk questioned the gratuity. But I do want to say both the masseuse and esthetician were friendly and nice. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business to anyone, which is a huge disappointment.

The staff is incredibly kind and patient, and they really take the time to listen and understand what you need, which made me feel even more comfortable and cared for during my visit. You can tell they go above and beyond with how they treat people, and that level of friendliness really stands out! I also love that they offer multiple services all in one place, whether it is chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, or assisted stretching, because it makes everything so convenient and easy when it comes to taking care of your body. As someone who had never been to a chiropractic office before, this was such a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on you.

It's not an assembly line. My husband and I love getting adjustments and Dr. Ben always shares exercises and ways at home that you can support your healing in between visits. When I follow his advice it works every time. All the staff and Dr. Ben are friendly and easy to talk to. They have additional services like assisted stretching. Eduardo is awesome and so are the massage therapists. We've moved out of state 3 times and when we've return we are happy to get started up again. Our overall health and mobility are much better because of their care!!
