I had to update my review after a visit yesterday. Its been a while since I had been here, and it…read morehas really changed. I walked in, and the clerk behind the counter didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I looked for the flavor board, and it wasn't on the wall but was replaced by a cardboard sitting near a sofa. I had to guess what I liked based on past experiences rather than a helpful employee offering suggestions. He didn't seem to know the products at all, and after filling my bottle forgot to put a label on it. Another employee, a woman seemed to know a little more, and checked me out along with accesories I needed. They forgot to ask if I was military even, I guess that discount is gone? The store felt very unwelcome, and I just wanted to get my gear and leave. The old staff that was there was always so great, and on top of recommendations etc., and I am not sure if they left or not. I am going to try other stores that have opened up next time.

I'm glad to have my favorite vape shop back! They really do have great prices, and the employees TYPICALLY treat their customers great. That is why receiving anything less, was such a shock! This shop is HORRIBLE WAS our favorite vape shop, MOST of their employees are great... but, I don't know if the owner is new to this , or just a jerk, but... Here's what happened: we bought a new vape, that was a really nice vape, however... They had no extra and I like to switch up my flavor so, to do this I needed more pods. As I'm buying the vapes I ask how do I switch the flavor because as I said, I am new to this. I know LITERALLY NOTHING about the devices, or even HOW they work....The guy tells me oh, for that you need more pods... Cool I'll just buy the extra pods I say as we are spending over $250 already(for mine and my husband's new vape. They didn't have the pods, he said "you can buy them anywhere" OK, we tell him we will go to another shop and try to buy the pods for that vape. Those pods were not sold at two other vape shops that we attempted to buy them from, so this vape is obviously a no go for me... We go return to return the item(s) and the guy we JUST bought it from said "we don't do returns EVER" keep in mind we LITERALLY JUST LEFT, so he calls the "owner " I say owner and quotes because I'm using that term very loosely... His owner comes in chopping on a sandwich and CLEARLY stoned out of his mind... Now, I don't care about what people do in their free time, or even at work, to be clear... I get that you work at a smoke shop, but we're in Cheyenne Wyoming, where pot isn't even legal! LOL! This guy was really laughing at us and blowing us off completely! Telling us there wasn't anything he could do for us to make a long story short... Couldn't exchange a $50 UNOPENED item when we just spent $250? And tipped 15% I'm so confused! In the end we exchanged the vape for two disposables and TWO once VERY loyal customers are POOF! GONE!

Surprised for a second hand store , it does not have a stanch of old clothes or B.O hitting me in…read morethe face as I entered. My first thought wow! this store is organized and well kept. All the clothes were on hangers, sorted by same items. I thought made it so much easier to peruse through. The staff here were friendly and very helpful. They only had their spring and summer collection displayed in the store. Its still cold for us SoCaL blooded people. I enquire if they still have any winter jackets available? She asked if I have a few minutes to wait while she pull from her stock room. She came back with two plastic bins. We walked out the store with winter jackets , gloves , hats and scarfs for my 4 girls. Thank you! for such an awesome service and keeping my children warm during our vacation trip driving through different states. Didn't realize its still cold on this part of the states.
