Grafts were (supposedly) added to the crown area, but I saw almost no new growth after a year. I definitely didn't see anything worth paying $7,000+. I was so incensed that I drove up to Cleveland and spoke with the owner. He showed me that there were few hairs in my crown area and how to comb my hair so that it was less visible (which doesn't address the lack of new growth that I paid thousands of dollars for). I believe the person who did the procedure either didn't do it properly or completely. Go somewhere else so that your money is not wasted.

They should have let me know this important information when I scheduled. I went in due to a rash that had made a knot in my finger. I was told my hand was just bigger than the other. Considering it's not my dominant hand I find this hard to believe & was also told that years of wearing a ring that was was too small pushed up the fat in my finger. Strange considering my ring always fit until said rash appeared. Very inept consultation & had the intake person (who was wonderfully nice) attend to my other questions. The answers for everything was to buy their overpriced products. Just another example of the "rich" serving the rich. What ever happened to actual dermatology that didn't include lipo & Botox?! Waste of time!! How about instead of billing me I send you a bill for my time & inconvenience now that I have to go to an actual Dr. who might be interested in treating me instead of trying to sell me products. Due to Covid-19 I was quite concerned about going to a salon, but I felt very comfortable the entire time I was there. They have a lot of precautions put into place including taking temperatures when you enter. Additionally everyone in the salon wore their masks correctly which is not something that occurs in many places. Andy was very easy to work with and I was confident with the length (removing 12+ inches) and style that he suggested. I was very happy with my cut and look forward to visiting again.
