Grafts were (supposedly) added to the crown area, but I saw almost no new growth after a year. I definitely didn't see anything worth paying $7,000+. I was so incensed that I drove up to Cleveland and spoke with the owner. He showed me that there were few hairs in my crown area and how to comb my hair so that it was less visible (which doesn't address the lack of new growth that I paid thousands of dollars for). I believe the person who did the procedure either didn't do it properly or completely. Go somewhere else so that your money is not wasted.

I guess the only customers that are important to them are the ones that are spending the most money when they first start. But then it's like pulling teeth from a lion's mouth to try to order more product that they say you absolutely need and is very serious to keep doing.
