Assuming she was on her way, I called her. EIGHT TIMES. She finally answered and she sounded really groggy and sleepy...she was still IN BED. She told me she had slept through her alarm... but to wait 20 mins for her arrival... Are you kidding me? I told her I would not wait. She was apologetic and offered my deposit back. What pissed me off even more though was she told me to go on her site to reschedule. Two stars for quality of flat iron and upkeep of place. Seemed like a civil practice during my first visit.

Plenty colorful, lots of toys to play with before or after the haircut, tvs playing cartoons, and even fun themed capes they cover the kids with during their cut. Shelly was super sweet and did a great job on my son's hair. The whole session didn't last more than 10 minutes. My son did surprisingly well - largely distracted by Mickey Mouse on the tv - and it wasn't until the end until he shed a few tears. Shelly was so friendly and patient, keeping him as comfortable as possible. Prices are reasonable, service is sweet, and the outcome looked great. I'm sure we'll be back.
