The studio is very cute and located near all the hustle and bustle of the Tosa Village. Due to the time of day of my visit, finding street parking was slightly challenging until I realized I should park a couple blocks up the hill. My first impression was that this is a clean and trendy place - I liked the vibe :) I had come prepared with some photos of cuts and colors. I wanted to go a little bolder, a little brighter. Becca checked out my photos and went to work. She was very thorough, leaving no hair untouched. My rinse and wash was very relaxing, and the products used smelled wonderful. Becca was very friendly and fun to chat with. She definitely has experience and knows what she is doing. My hair turned out fabulous - just like the pictures!! I don't ever remember being disappointed in the styling results or anything else. They always listen to "what I am looking to achieve". This is a Great place to go for your hair care. I usually have April do my hair, but if need be, I would be good with any other of their stylists to do my hair. I recommend Hair Shapers to others. I used to go to a "pricey" place in Delafield and then another pricey place in Oconomowoc and I would recommend Hair Shaper's in Waukesha and give them a better rating than the other two places.
