Booked local Naturanda vehicles and guides via our travel agent from the US. We were a family of four, traveling the length of Spain. Our experience with this company and its staff was superb. Vehicles were modern, safe and clean. Guides and drivers were fantastic and became friends by the time our tours ended. They were founts of knowledge, were very friendly, had good grasp of English and were able to guide us not only to the main sights and monuments, but also to local eateries and shopping areas that were away from the tourist path - which was our preference. They were all very patient and considerate of our needs and adjusted well to our pace, as the heat was brutal. In terms of guides, of particular note were: a) Javier "Javi" Martin, who guided us very well through old town Seville and the Cathedral and Alcazar - great suggestions on dinner locations; b) Guido Pederazzi and Maria Vidal - who accompanied us on our Carmona and Cordoba tour - Guido's upbeat attitude and sense of humor were infectious; despite being a Italian by birth, his knowledge of Spanish and local Andalucia history and culture was impressive, together with his excellent command of English - visits with him and Maria (who was equally considerate and friendly) were memorable; c) Patricia, who accompanied us on a tour of the Basilippo family's olive oil estate and factory- very enthusiastic and ever-smiling. Overall a great bunch of folks - not a stranger among them. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring and courteous/friendly. Kudos to them for being who they are, and to Naturanda for hiring them to guide tours. A memorable family trip to Spain this far, made especially so by folks at Naturanda! read more

Mañuel B. was our guide for the Alcazar, Giralda, cathedral tour today and he was fantastic. He spoke English very well, had good historical knowledge and mixed in anecdotes and humor. The pace of the tour was good. We didn't feel rushed but we really covered a lot of ground. The tour was totally worth our time and money. read more

Our tour to Ronda and the white villages was awesome. The sites were breathtaking and the entire experience was made so much better because of our 2 awesome guides Son & Nieves.. knowledgeable, kind, funny.. seriously just a great experience. Also their restaurant recommendation Ronda (Cádiz en chico )was amazing. Probably the best meal I've had on any of the many tours I've done. Thankyou to Son & Neives! read more

Just a awful experience. Totally unorganized. Total lack of communication as to how things were going to progress. Their communication earpieces weren't working and as a result, we left 30 minutes late and later on we were rushed so they could try and get the next tour out the door. Also our English tour guide barely spoke the language. Look elsewhere. read more
