The environment (waiting room/lobby and two separate rooms) is luminous, quiet and very clean. The clinic feels so safe and relaxing with gentle music, low lights, plants and orchids, yet Jason's healing options are extremely effective: acupuncture of course but also stretching, massaging, craniosacral therapy and herbal remedies. Jason also uses various oils and ointments, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, pads and heat lamps to adjust you perfectly on the table. Acupuncture helped me so much with my nerve pains (wrist, back, shoulder) and chronic pelvic pain when nothing else worked. I love to learn more about my own body and ways to take control of my own health and Jason is extremely knowledgeable without being intimidating. It is nice to have access to this level of care in our community, with a health professional who really take the time to be fully present with each person. Jason is a kind, passionate practitioner, who is extremely skilled and listens to your needs to work out the best healing plan for you.

I went to Riggleman's office after experiencing back pain all week that wouldn't subside. To his…read morecredit, Dr. Riggleman is extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does; however, I was disappointed in my visit and the services that he provided. Every chiropractor I've ever been to has always adjusted all parts of the spine: neck, upper back and lower; however, Dr. Riggleman only adjusted my lower back, and the rest of my visit consisted of a brief consultation and ten minutes of electro-stimulation. This wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't my second complaint. Once again, every chiropractor I've ever been to has had two payment strategies: insurance and self-pay. If your insurance covered chiropractic, the doctor's office would bill what they saw as an adequate amount and then accept whatever the network discount ended up being. Those without insurance usually paid a flat, reasonable fee somewhere between $20-50 dollars depending on your area (sometimes more if X-rays were necessary). My visit ended with a bill of $145.00 and no self-pay discount. I paid triple what I normally would at my previous chiropractor's office (in New Jersey) for 1/3 the adjustment and 1/2 the electro-stimulation time. To cap things off, whereas most chiropractors give you the old "come back three times a week" pitch, Riggleman told me he wasn't going to recommend that I come back, as if one lower back adjustment was going to miraculous cure me of all lingering pain. Given that he took my case history, he knew that this was a problem that crept up on occasion, so I guess he just figured out ahead of time that I wouldn't return at his prices.

She gave me a tour of the facility, which included studio rooms for yoga, barre, Pilates, etc. Afterward, she offered tea and spoke to me about the various options I had for my prenatal massage. She was extremely knowledgeable and was attentive to my needs. I scheduled a 60-min massage, and I think I fell asleep at least twice lol. She was very accommodating, giving me pillows for support. I was interested in acupressure, and she mixed my massage with some of that. Overall, I felt so amazing and relaxed. If I didn't have an event to attend afterward, I would have gone back to my hotel and slept the rest of the day lol. After the massage, she gave me a few tips for acupressure techniques I can do at home based on any discomforts I had. She also educated me on pressure points not to do, as they can induce early labor. Whitney was absolutely stellar. I loved her positive vibes, and if I'm ever back in town, I will certainly schedule an appointment with her again. If you're in town and need a massage, definitely consider Four Seasons Harmony.
