Erica and I just moved to town and were recommended to this particular Natures Best Cleaners. We were very pleased with the service which was prompt and courteous. They have a pickup and delivery service which is free if you have more than 12 dollars (I think) business with them. The prices were in line with local cleaners but the service was awesome which makes it somewhat of a value. DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE!!! ESPECIALLY WEDDING DRESSES! My wife brought her wedding dress here to have it cleaned before our wedding and upon first pick up it had a dirt spot on it! They offered to reclean it for free but no refund. Upon the second pick up she discovered a whole new dirt spot on the dress that wasnt there the first time. Rude and Overpriced I asked for 2 pair of brand new jeans (tags still on them), to be hemmed 2 inches. That's it! They told me I could come in after 3:00 on Monday. Friday (4 days after they said they'd be done), I go to pick them up and was told they weren't done yet. Another week goes by and I pick them up and they want to charge me over $60.00. I said you must be joking and found they dry cleaned and did the alteration. I told them I specifically said I just need these hemmed, so they took off the dry cleaning bill, which left me owing $40.00! I asked them to match the manufacturers thread color. They didn't even come close, instead using a crappy black thread. I've had a much higher quality job done for $8.00 p/pair of jeans at other businesses. Save yourself and your blood pressure and go somewhere with decent customer service, more talented employees and better prices! read more

A very irresponsible place. They don't read your label. Just throw things into their machine. If you do want to use them, make sure that you do not put anything with instructions more than "dry clean". My trench coat has leather wrapped buckle and required being wrapped when dry cleaned. They didn't follow the instructions. What's more irritated, the owner said, "it's just a coat. it's not the end of the world." Frankly say, that's the rudest word to a customer I have ever heard. I would rate them zero if allowed. Updates: I did give you three weeks to fix the problem. Did you fix it? No. Anyway, for anyone who wants to consider their service, don't put your favorite garments that needs specific care with them. On my first visit, I needed to repeat my phone number several times (speaking with normal clarity) before the front clerk got it right. When I went to pick up my pieces several days later, it took the worker a few moments to track me down because the clerk on that first day also misspelled my name. The clerks then brought out both my clothes and several pieces that were not mine, apparently because that first clerk tagged someone else's clothes with my order! I picked out my pieces, paid for them, and left. Several days later, the store called me and accused me of taking the clothes that were not mine! Then, as I explained the situation, someone in the store found the clothes they were accusing me of taking, which suggests that they did not search well enough before calling me and blaming me for the store's mistakes. On top of that, the store failed to remove fresh oil stains I had pointed out on a shirt. I was still charged, of course. Other pieces might or might not have been cleaned at all, for all I could tell. That was my first and last visit to this business. Why the heck would I ever go back? Would give them zero stars if possible. Have been using then for 1 year because it's right around the corner from our house but will never go back. They are expensive and often fail to clean items bright there. Multiple times I've had to return items to ask them to reclean them. On the last visit they mangled a tie of mine. Took the stitching and back lining completely ripped off. I brought it back for them to fix, which they attempted and did so very poorly. I will never be back. read more

This place has always been super professional with me. Some of the prices are more expensive than I'm used to - but this is a smaller town and there just isn't the competition in Rochester. Besides, the service has always been excellent. I appreciate how they non-obtrusively and non-destructively ID my clothing with a looped printout of my name through a button hole or belt loop. When a tie had its interior padding accidentally crumpled in the cleaning process, the owner went out of his way to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. This seems like a huge operation, and mistakes happen in this world - but 99% of my work through this place has been perfect and it's more important how a business responds to the inevitable problems. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I gave them a dress for dry-cleaning which has multiple stones and gems. I asked them before dropping the dress if they have experience with dry cleaning these types of dress and they assured me that they do as they have been doing bridal dresses for years (mine was not a bridal dress). Two days later I get a call from their manager that all the jewels and gems had come off in the process of dry cleaning and some of them had broken in their machine. I asked why they had accepted the dress in first place and she said 'some of our employees are new and not experienced'. They offered to send it for repair and that they will easily find new gems and stones to replace as they were just "plastic stones". I reluctantly agreed as the dress was damaged anyways beyond wear. One week later the manager calls me that they cannot repair the dress and that their tailor is of a "different nationality" (whatever that means) and he doesn't know where to start looking for new gems. The manager said they would reimburse me only $25 for the dress that cost me $400 and now cannot be worn at all. The dress has been dry-cleaned before in a different city without any problems. The manager was rude and failed to understand the damage that had been done and had no solution to it. Stay away from this place is all I have to say. read more

WORST DRY-CLEANER EVER. Sent my shirt, given to me by my late brother(RIP D, always thinking about you) to be dry-cleaned by these people. When I received my shirt back, it was ruined. The color had come off(btw: this is a Kenneth Cole shirt). White spots and streaks all over the shirt. So, I brought it back to the store and was told that the manager would call me. When the manager(Sherry) called, not one time did she apologize for what happened to the shirt. I explained to her that the 20$ credit that she was offering me didn't match the sentimental value of my late brother's gift to me. This manager(Sherry) had nerve to start mocking the shirt. Calling old over and over again, then hung up on me because I was not going to take that kind of behavior lightly. This is the pure definition of someone being classless(Sherry). Ladies and Gentlemen, if want to go to Nature Best Cleaners that's your business. But, you have been warned. Cheaper price doesn't equate to better service. And, I am paying dearly for this choice. I have asked to speak to the owner(Mike Suk), and I will update my review based on our conversation. Update: Waste of time. You have been warned. My first review was toned down, I only tried to present what happened and not let my feelings get in the way. But now this "business man" has flat out lied. Yes I did use profanity when I was talking to him. I said things like "you're G** damn right you're going to pay for the dress", "you bet your sweet ass that I'm not paying for this" and probably said the "F word" a number of times. But I did not say they were "F***ing idiots". His response is a flat out lie. None of my profanity was directed at him nor his workers. What I did not include in my first review is that this man was equally as vulgar towards me. He swore just as many times when I was on the phone with him. And much of his language was directed at me in phases as "you're an asshole" and Im pretty sure there was a "f*** you" right before the hang up. Unlike this man, I did apologize to him through text message. But unlike his recollection, that text was before I picked up my clothes from his shop. If it was after I would not have sent it because As for him going above and beyond to fix the dress. It look like an 8 year old glued the jewels back on the dress. The hot glue they used is spread all around the jewels. In retrospect I would have rather done the fix myself. I would have ended up with the same mess. Please just read the other reviews for his business. I am not a competitor trying to get one up on him. I am only another unsatisfied customer hoping my misfortune doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I think that the value of a customer would be important on your daily list. I had the an unfortunate situation when I had taken an item there that required dry clean only. (That's why I went there) and the item was washed instead of dry cleaned. I understand that people make mistakes, but when it comes to the point of be told by the service person that it was not washed numerous times it gets a little annoying. A follow up call was made to me and it was confirmed that it was indeed laundered instead of dry cleaning, I was told to let them know what it would take to get the item back to it's original condition, I was told that the item had depreciated since it was three years old. I guess when there's a hand made quilt I don't appreciate being told that it has depreciated and it's not worth the time, money and effort to redo the quilt that will not be the same as prior to taking it there. I was a regular customer until I received a blazer back and the sleeves were discolored. I thought it was a stain so took the blazer back to be cleaned again. When it was returned and looked the same, I realized that the color had been removed during the cleaning process. The owner wanted me to pay to have the blazer sent to a company to be analyzed to ensure it was damaged by the cleaning. He did not even comp me for the money I spent for the original cleaning, When I refused to pay for the analysis, he became threatening and was very rude. STAY AWAY!!! read more

Before going on a trip I took three shirts to be cleaned at the advertised $2.38/shirt price. When I stopped back (Friday at 2 PM) to pick up the shirts I was charged $44. The explanation was, "the shirts were too long, they needed to be ironed by hand". One of the shirts wasn't ironed. I explained that I needed the shirt I was leaving the next day on a trip. I was informed the shirts could not be ironed until Monday - - the crew that does the ironing had already left for the weekend. There was no apology for the significantly greater charge or the inconvenience of not having my shirt for my trip. It would've been nice if they'd offered to give me my shirt (so I could take it with me on my trip as planned) and have it properly cleaned and ironed when I returned. This was $30 more than I anticipated and I don't have the shirt I planned to wear on my travels. Next time I'll clean my shirt at home read more
