Extremely rude employee at this branch. Couldn't even ask a simple question. Would not bring any packages here again.

Just visited this site for shipping out very important documents but one lady working there typed in the wrong address and caused big trouble... re-visited there for correction but was told they can do nothing! Unbelievable! No reason to choose Fedex, at least this site again. It's too risky. read more

My mom and I are from out of state. We have been to Rochester/Mayo clinic several times for treatment of my mom's cancer treatment. Almost everyone we have interacted with in Rochester, MN has been the epitome of Minnesota nice. That was until today, when we had to deal with Karen at FedEx. She was rude, condescending, and refused to offer any customer service. What was more frustrating was her manager was standing right there, and he did not care either. I was unaware he was the manager until I called immediate after leaving the store and he said he was the manager. Again, he still did not care. read more

I've never had so much trouble sending a package before. I've had a job doing months-long health facility research interviews for over 10 years. I return the company tablet computer, materials and all paperwork with Personally Identifiable Information after the interviews are done. I had more papers than in a usual year. I brought everything into FedEx in a medium moving box. I printed the FedEx label that my company sent in an email. I asked at the counter for a different box, as the moving box had a lot of room in it. Staff told me that my mailing label only covered shipping costs, NOT a box!!!! Since when???!! I've done this for 10 years now! Some kind of new rule?? Plus, I'm not going to pay my money to send stuff back to the company. I called the company. The company said, "They have free boxes. Ask for a free box." That didn't work. They claim to no longer have free boxes for Ground Shipping. The project supervisor said he'd figure something out and maybe send me a different label for a second shipping box. The supervisor had no answer for me the next day. I searched around and found a smaller brown cardboard shipping box at home and stuffed everything into it. They accepted it for shipping. I can't believe I had to make 2 trips all the way down there and it took 3 staff members to get this one box shipped. I wish there was a different FedEx facility in this town. Was not told that when you insure a package for over $500 that at time of delivery, someone needs to be there to sign for it. Caused significant problem. And I was told there was no way to fix it once package sent. That seems pretty lame. read more

When I'm dropping packages off it's always nice to find a store with friendly staff and of course easy parking - apparently those are my keys to lots of places! ;) Service was fast and friendly and packages were sent off with no problems. We were in town for a dog show, and once we finished shipping, we headed over to the Hy-Vee on the other end of the lot to grab some food for stocking our hotel room. read more

I'm my opinion this store needs new staff. I walked in and asked the gentleman behind the counter "can I get some copies of this blueprint?" Gentleman's response "I don't know can you?!" Just am unprofessional rude smart-ass. In the future I'll go else where. read more

No matter how little I take with me on trips, I somehow never manage to pack as well for the return trip. In those instances I need a shipping center to take care of the overflow. I stopped by this location and the only person working, Karen, offered to help me find the right size box for the oddly shaped items I was sending. After discussing delivery times and prices between air and land, I handed her my things, and In the length of time it took me to fill out the form and get the payment together, she had the box packed, sealed and ready to go. She was friendly, efficient, and spent zero time dawdling. Not that she wasn't a good salesman for the products near the register that capture people's attention -- she was -- but not in a pushy way. My package arrived when promised, in one piece, without damage. It was still cheaper than paying a checked bag fee at the airport. I'm good with that. read more

It's been a long time since I've needed a print shop and I am so thankful for find the friendly and accommodating staff of FedEx Office both here in St Petersburg FL and Rochester MN. I live in FL and my daughter's wedding g was in MN. I needed the wedding programs printed but didn't want to have to travel with them. I went to the FedEx here in FL and the attentive staff member guided me through the order placement with the Rochester FedEx Office. My then son-in-law-to-be was able to collect my order there. I then placed a wedding welcome letter here and got stellar service. While waiting on my order to finish, I shopped their sales on journals and planners and scored some great gift items. I'm a believer in FedEx Print Office, their great staff and customer service. read more

This place is not worth your time. We stopped at the counter for about 35 seconds in front of 3 staff. We were never greeted (only customers in the place) and then one of the workers deemed us worthy enough to address us with the personality of a very rude pencil eraser. We asked to make a copy from an email and she murmured directions and pointed to a machine. We tried for 15 minutes to get it to work with no success. Not one of the 7 employees came over and asked us if we needed help. The machine would not work so we just left. A poor introduction for people from out of state. read more

I have been here a couple times this week. Twice to send fedex packages and one to return some DirecTV equipment. Each time I had good customer service and got out of the store quickly. Great location as I often pick up some things at HyVee next door. Thanks for a great store. read more

Easy enough....friendly service.... like that they have extended hours. I was a week late in getting some work items out (so much for giving me a pre-invoiced overnight delivery envelope)..... and really just needed to get some items out of my hands. This location was easy to find, in the middle of a grocery store strip mall area. Not too busy on a Saturday evening, so I had a minimal wait. But the service was fast and efficient; the clerk assisted me in re-packaging my items so that they'd securely get shipped out. Fast five-minute visit here, so can't really comment too much more. (I was happy to not wait in too long of a line.) And conveniently not too far from the 52 freeway. read more

We had a great experience today with Mike at the FedEx store. We had several packages to ship and a few items that we needed then to do the packing on. Mike was really helpful and patient as we worked through all the shipments. He even caught one of the boxes we had packed that didn't have enough packing inside to support the box and suggested we add more to ensure the package arrived safely. The store is right next to Hy-Vee, making it convenient if you are running errands. It does get busy at times and I think they are understaffed especially around 5pm. We were there today around that time and there were only two people working and several customers waiting. But the staff are friendly and try to get everyone through quickly. read more

I use them pretty regularly because I sell on ebay alot. I love that I can just walk in with my item and package it, and send it all in just a few minutes. The service is very good, they are always willing to help. The rates are very competitive with UPS and USPS. Its also easy to get in and out of here. If you need to ship alot of things regularly this is the place to go. read more

The worst employees I have ever seen, they are rude, they are inappropriate at best, I was just told today that they didn't want to take my package an extremely sarcastic tone, they ask me every time what I'm shipping and Shake the Box very hard because they make their money off packing for people and I do my own packing.
