Now that they are all done I'll try and list all the things they did wrong but I may tire out…read more The upper cabinets were l not installed level. Over a 10' run they are more than an inch off. While removing the old cabinets they broke window trim. They didn't mention it, didn't keep the piece that broke and now I'm sticking with needing to match the old trim that has been in place and in the sun for years or replace all the trim so it matches. There is toe kick that was more than an inch short but they just left it with a big gap. They made the decision without any consultation to simply not include a cabinet because it would be in the way of the dryer even though the old cabinet was there and there was no issue with the dryer. Now the wall has an exposed spot that has to be painted which did t need painting and has to be matched to the old paint or the entire room repainted. There are gouge marks on the wall and broken drywall where they pried the old back splash but took zero care to not do damage. The quality of their cabinets is no better than any box store. The quality of their install is no better than any completely unskilled laborer could pull off. Like I said in the beginning, I literally could go on and on. The final word is that refuse to make it good. They defend their shoddy work. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

She responded that "we don't use names, we use order numbers. If you look up the order number I can help you." Being away from my computer, I explained what the arrangments looked like. She told me she could only accomodate one of the descriptions, even though both of them came from her webite! She again asked me to look up the order numbers. Excuse me? You are at work. I am the customer. Why in the world wouldn't an employee or owner try to look up the order numbers for their company's product? I told her that I changed my mind and decided to order with someone who would look up product information for me instead of asking me to look it up for them.
