She knows her product - told me which were stronger were gummies, & explained some packs had the wheel gummy- not my cup o tea. So after Sos, Tommy came in from the back. Such a cool guy. And when he rung me up & I asked, "ya got any discounts?" (Never hurts to ask!) And sure enough, I got 25% off everything. Total bummer, especially after such a great experience- but I'm an optimist- so while I was bummed out & thinking of how much it will cost me to get my car out of the tow shop, I spoke to James & hello, shut the front door! This gentleman, James, someone that I had just met, spent what...? maybe 1-2 hours . Well lemme tell you, since this is such a long review & you made it here, James took care of us. He did the most unexpected thing. He called the tow company, helped me figure out the next steps. Then called an Uber for me! He totally took care of me. Not just w the Uber but with my towing situation. Out of respect for James & his business, I won't share all that he did, but he did blow me away. Cuz they cut the mold when he was born, truly a kind, understanding genuine person. From the moment we walked in the door to when we parted, it was obvious that James created this dispensary like no other. He totally stepped up & fixed my problem. He is CLASSY & KIND & WELL INFORMED. And I'm so forever greatful! (Cuz getting home to Summit from Belleville via Uber wasn't cheap).
