I don't understand the negative comments at all. The only problem I have ever had was when they are out of a particular strain I am looking for. That, however, is based on the suppliers and the availability of said product and is out of the control of the retailer. Some people complain that the lines are too long. OK. Think about that for a minute. They are RIGHT NEXT DOOR to another vendor, whose lot is never full. 90% of the traffic in that area go to NTI. Must be good if it's worth the wait. The prices are a total rip off. I thought at first they would go down after a couple of years but that's a NO. Also they don't give away any freebies like the real shops on the Westcoast or Colorado. They give out pens, stickers stuff like that but this place is run like a Brinks money drop. The people are very kind though. The Midwest is destined to drag many years behind. Came into town from LA for a funeral. Have only been in the quad cities twice in the last 10 years. I found this place online, entered my name on the list, got a text message. Parking lot was huge. I brought my service dog in with me. Awesome. I walked in the door, told them my name, showed them my ID, and was let back (my mother too) in a very timely manner. Prices are what's expected from the Quad cities lol. But the menu was diverse, and we got what we wanted/needed. It didn't break the bank but it was pricey. Which is fine by me as long as I have access to medicine. So from an outsiders perspective, it is reasonable. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! read more

This place is beautifully clean, the staff are helpful and patient, they're currently implementing mandatory masks, plastic barriers, and social distancing. They only accept cash, which is normal for a place like this, but it is totally legal within the state. There are a ton of options for edibles, which is great for someone like me who likes to breathe only oxygen. The only negative is that the prices are absolutely insane. Easily double the prices of Colorado and Washington. I'm told it's due to the taxes (which are included in price), but it's still a negative. Iowa should tap into this. read more

Herded like cattle in a single file line. Told exactly where to stand by security the entire time you are there (take 2 steps forward, don't stand beside the wall, etc..) Outrageous prices that have only continued to climb. The entrance to the building is difficult to access from the poorly planned parking lot. You will encounter mud, gutters gushing onto walkways, large rocks behind parking spaces, and still no canopy or shelter whatsoever for their customers who are required to wait outside in the rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DISPENSARY! You will be charged significantly more than the dispensary in Fulton which is only 45mins out from Milan. Your wait in line will be longer than it takes to drive to Fulton. For example, a half-gram cartridge will run you almost $90, yet the same cartridge at The Dispensary in Fulton chargers $60-$65. I will have to say the bud tenders here do a great job. Informative, efficient, fast. Depending on who you get, good luck. However, you will get the notion that they are trying to get you out the door. They don't explain their punch card program very well, so be sure to ask how they are implemented. The front staff and security are intolerable, except for maybe a few employees. They like to bark at you, they treat you like cattle. There is an air of conceit, as if you have no place to go. They gouge you at the ATM, so make sure to stop at one outside of the dispensary. When communicating through email, they don't bother to respond, if you want to complain, they do not care. And they do respond on product complaints but treat you like an illiterate individual. I will continue to patronize my dealer until a better location opens up...anyplace is better than here. read more

One visit here was enough for me. I'm a daily smoker who's been to plenty of dispensaries on the west coast and I'm pretty knowledgeable about what I smoke and deal with. I came here just because I wanted to try the dispensary flower here in the QC. It's unfortunate you aren't allowed to view the flower in person unless you buy it unlike other out of state dispensaries. The bud tenders did not seem knowledgeable about the products they were dealing with and the customer service was just straight trash (at least the woman and man I dealt with). If you're able to, stick with getting your flower on the black market instead of supporting a poorly operated dispensary like this. Hopefully one day the QC can get a better operated and staffed dispensary than this poor excuse. read more

Came here on an overcast 74 degree day and had my dog in the backseat. I was refused service because they don't allow pets to be out in the car. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be back. I would never put my dog in harms way as he is like my family. read more

heir website for covid instructions are confusing. they mention drive thru, a waitlist and in store and parking lot service. so when i call to get the straight truth on how to by from them, i get someone who hangs up on me, when i ask a question they didn't like.... noone knew what a solvent-less concentrate was compared to a solvent free concentrate. also they charge by the 1/2 gram from 300mg vapor cart. 300mg is .3gr not .5 grams they didnt even know .... also the wait list is a joke. i ran a dispensary in LA that served 300 customers in 4 hours.... noone waited more than 15 minute4s. by pass them. they will close or be forced to get better when the 72 new dispensaries are opened, then the other 50 or so in the following year. their monopoly in the area will be gone. read more

The staff are frequently rude, act put upon by your being there or asking questions, even though for a while they were not even answering the phone. The online menu is often inaccurate and rarely do they have printed menus available to review while you wait (you will always wait in line) The available product is very limited and what they do have is generally $10 more per item than at any other dispensary. The main reason for bad service, high price and limited product is likely they are the only dispensary in the QC so there is no competition. Hope this changes soon. The bad service and limited product is so bad, I now drive to RISE in Canton, Illinois, which is only 1.5 hours away what a world of difference it makes- huge selection of product at reasonable prices, friendly helpful staff, wide selection of "sale" items. I hope RISE opens a dispensary in QC so we have a choice where to spend our money locally, however, until then I will happily just keep driving to Canton, Illinois to purchase from RISE.
