A pair of pants were "mysteriously torn" from the time I dropped them at Nature's Way to picking them up a few weeks later. Returning to their walk-in location on Eastwood, I spoke with the owner. He quickly flew into a rage and told me "any reasonable man knows this happens when putting keys in your pocket". "You are making claims because you can't admit this is your fault" he said. His invective continued, eventually holding the door open and screaming "get the F.... out, multiple times. One of his employees was instructed to call the police because he didn't want his customer to see this. Somehow I think he knew his actions were not warranted. Actually, no customers were in the store! I encouraged the call to police. The employee then told me "you must not care about people who really need the police if you are telling me to call them over a pair of pants". I was completely baffled at this point and reminded her "your boss told you to call the police, not me". :) Of course, my only reason for remaining in the store was to retrieve two pairs of pants dropped the previous day. Obviously I didn't want them at risk of being damaged. Explaining that my suits are hand-made, I can't afford to have them damaged. She and her boss told me how spoiled I am to have tailored suits. "Anyone who pushes a pen for living and brags by having custom clothes is spoiled and you must not be aware we are in a pandemic". Not sure about that last part, but somehow COVID is being blamed here! By the way, one of the employees (I don't know here name) was extremely polite. Hate that she is in such a toxic environment. On the other hand, lots of hiring these days so might be worth exploring. After giving this careful consideration, I am going to find a another dry-cleaners. LOL. She always remembers me, and conversations we've had, even how my husband likes his clothes. Yikes! This business doesn't even try! The first bad experience was with a dress that had a lipstick spot. I pointed it out to the lady behind the counter and she tagged it. The dress came back and had to be resent twice because they didn't try to take it out. After the 3rd attempt, I just took the dress back. You would think I would have learned my lesson and used a different cleaner. However, this business is convenient and next to a Starbucks. So the last order we had dropped off had 6 pieces to be dry-cleaned with a pick up date of Thursday after 5. We stopped in on Thursday after 5 and the goods weren't ready. Friday - nothing. Saturday, we stopped in after 5 and 3 of the 6 items came back. I was worried- I have designer blouses in the mix. So I was advised to come back on Monday after 5. Horrible! I called for a quote for dry cleaning a comforter. Was given a quote for the dry cleaning and brought the comforter in. Upon arrival, they informed me that they did not offer dry cleaning for comforters. I was in a rush (hence why I called ahead of time) so I had them clean it normally. When I picked it up, there was a large discoloration that appeared to be for the neon ticket attached to the comforter? Ruined the $200 comforter. On a separate occasion, I brought in my boss's blouse for cleaning. I went to pick it up the day after the ticket specified it would be ready. I waited 10 minutes for them to locate it (I was the only customer there) and was finally told it wasn't there, I could try tomorrow. I had to leave but called back when I was I the car. I told the it was unacceptable as it was promised to be done he day prior, and my job was on the line since I was cleaning it for my employer. I was told that it was actually my fault because I didn't come the previous day when the ticket said it would be ready. I said I failed to see how that was my fault, since it wouldmt have been there then either. The guy told me he was just a cashier and he could really care less about it or if he lost his job. This dry cleaners does not have insurance so when they ruin a piece of clothing you are out of luck. They ruined both my husband pants to a suit and the pans to my pantsuit, scorching the pants with too hot of press. Not only did they scorch the pants but only pressed them did not clean them. When I called concerning the issue the woman I talked to was beyond rude, condescending and hung up on me. So unprofessional! read more

BEWARE!!! Your clothes will come back RUINED. $500 worth of my best/favorite clothes came back to me SHRUNKEN to the point of unwearable. I lost inches off pants and dress shirts. I made this problem aware to the store and 3 weeks later the owner called me. He was rude and failed to acknowledge the clothes shrunk. He wouldn't even offer a refund on the cleaning price I spent for them to damage my things. I will never go there again. read more

My first time using them I took a $500.00 custom made quilt that had been washed and dry cleaned many times before, and they ruined it. It was a yellow floral, which is now completely pink. When I went to complain, they said they were not responsible since I signed a waiver. I did not think twice about signing a waiver since it had been cleaned before. Anyway after I took it to their other store for the owners to see, and after an exhausting argument, they said they would credit me the cost of cleaning the quilt, and give me an additional $25.00 credit towards future dry cleaning. The woman that works here is so disgustingly mean and rude. Hateful and will snatch your clothes from you and not speak to you like she's pissed at the world that you just gave her your shirts. I don't go there anymore because of the way she treats customers. On top of that, shirts always come back with dirty collars. They are not properly cleaned. Do not trust this cleaner with anything of value. They created a hole in the front of my dress while trying to remove a small ?lipstick stain. I never signed a waiver, and they never notified me of damage. However, after trying for over 2 weeks to have a manager return my call, they informed me that stains are considered damage and they assume no liability for further damaging an item. They offered $50 in dry cleaning credit and refused any compensation for a ruined dress. I would never return, as they also ruined a $200 silk blouse AND I randomly found my $700 dress rolled into a ball with someone else's dress on a stool one day! Anne offers horrible customer service.
