I had parenting time with my son Dylan on the weekend of August 29, 2020 - August 30, 2020 and my son Dylan was showing cold symptoms sign and I call the #811 and speak with a registered nurse at the time Dylan wasn't showing no signs of a fever but the nurse suggested that Dylan get a covid 19 test done. I set up an appointment for Dylan the next day on August 31,2020 to do a covid 19 test which he got done. An that same day I sent an email to the daycare manager Dorian Gomez that my son was not coming in for daycare that day and he will not be going back until his symptoms has clear up and no longer showing any signs of symptoms and I also mentions to her that she will be notify of his covid 19 test results.
On Thursday evening September 03, 2020 Dorian Gomez sent an email asking if Dylan was coming in for daycare an Friday which was the next day, I reply to Dorian Gomez email letting her know that my son Dylan will not be coming in for daycare until his symptoms are cleared up. On that same Thursday I had parenting time with my son Dylan and he was still congested. Late Thursday evening Kaylee messaged me letting me know that Dylan's covid 19 results came back negative and she will be taking Dylan back to daycare. I reply back to her letting her know that Dylan is still congested and he should not be going back to daycare until his symptoms clear up and I can provide care for my son while she goes back to work.
On Friday September 04,2020 I got a notification on my phone at around 8:am stating that Dylan checked into daycare, after advising both Dorian Gomez and Kaylee Mytton that my son is still congested on the day before.
I quickly sent Dorian Gomez an email stating that my son should be pulled from the daycare facility immediately because he is still congested. My son was removed from daycare by his mom that same day because he was still congested and showing symptoms and should have not been in daycare.
On that same day Kaylee went to her lawyer Marni McKay and they file an update statement lying in court. On September 04, 2020 I was served a file update statement that was stamped by court. It state that during the time of my son absence from his daycare Kaylee said she was notify by Nature's Way Daycare manager that I showed up at the daycare and went inside the building looking for my son Dylan and that I put other kids and workers at risk. She also mentions that she believes I was playing with Dylan's health and didn't take me seriously. This was file in court on September 04,2020. But I don't know why the daycare manager Dorian Gomez sent an email on September 03, 2020 asking if Dylan was coming in for daycare the following day. Anyways I know that Kaylee and her lawyer Marni is lying because I did not attend the daycare anytime in that week.
The following week my son Dylan went back to daycare even though Dylan was still congested. Kaylee lie to the daycare manager and say that Dylan have seasonal allergies and after speaking with Dylan's family doctor Dr. Isa she advised me that my son Dylan have a cold and he's congested. I had parenting time with my son Dylan on Wednesday September 09,2020. Before going to pick my son up from the daycare center I contacted the medicine hat police service and explained the situation and I did make a report about the fact that Kaylee was notify by the Natures Way daycare that I entered the daycare building looking for my son and that I put other kids and workers at risk. I believe this was a Hate Crime. After explaining my self to the M H police service I ask for assistance from a officer to accompany me to the daycare and be there as a witness for me to pick up my son without anyone lying on me.
The following week my son was still congested and I let Kaylee know that Dylan is still congested and shouldn't go to daycare. Kaylee took Dylan back to daycare on Monday September 14, 2020 and less than a hour of Dylan being at the daycare facility he was showing cold symptoms and had to be pulled from daycare and got ANOTHER COVID 19 TEST DONE ON THAT SAME DAY. In less than two weeks my nineteen month old son Dylan got two covid 19 test done while his dad is home and can provide care for him while his mom go back to work. There was a court hearing on September 15, 2020 where the judge set an Interim parenting order in place that prevented me from picking up my son at the daycare and I only can pick up my son from the medicine hat police station. Kaylee's lawyer Marni also lied in court on that same day of the hearing and said that the daycare manager Dorian Gomez said she's not comfortable with the dad picking up his son at the daycare facility. I don't understand how a daycare manager can make that decision on which one of the parents can pick up their child at the daycare. read more
