Calling and checking on prices, The Getaway was the first that appeared to be interested in working with me and patiently explained they didn't do little (we were a party of five) fishing boats anymore. We ended up getting a new Tritoon that could probably hold a dozen persons, no problem. Secured our fishing licenses and found the rental location where a young man was waiting with a side-by-side, willing to haul our gear down to the dock. Checking in was smooth and easy, instructions were given, and directions and ideas shared on the best areas to fish. Well, the fishing wasn't great, although we changed location a few times, and we hoped to stop at a dockside restaurant, so returned the boat a bit early so we wouldn't go over our allotted time. The Tritoon performed beautifully (hair trigger on the throttle), powerful motors, shade, pockets for storage. They were right--the Triton was very stable, waves no problem. Expected to pay for gas in addition to quoted price but apparently overlooked or forgot about the cleaning fee. The young man hauled our gear back up the hill. Would love to return with a larger party and really have some fun.

She started talking bad about a different customer in front of me and my fiancé, which is just really unprofessional. The few encounters we had with her (upon pick up and drop off) was just unpleasant. The other staff were great and super helpful. The boat was disappointing. Only 1/6 speakers worked and we had a hard time getting it started a few different times. For over $700 for the day, I guess I was just expecting a boat that was fully functional / working. They forgot to put the plugs in the boat. The plugs prevents the boat from sinking. Imaging bringing your family on a boat rental and having the boat start to sink. The owner was so rude, do disrespectful not a single apology. Not one time did the owner say sorry. We were responsible for all tow fees over $1500 bucks. This guy is the devil. I cannot believe the city lets this slide. Im still in disbelief. Please consider the safety of your family before you rent from thwse folks. Sinking a boat is a crazy experience, your responsibility for every life, its crazy they put fathers in that predicament and then dont even have empathy. Shame on the LoTo​​

The people that worked here were super reasonable laid back people and they allowed us to only rent them for two hours and give the office a call if we wanted to rent them for longer. We ended up doing 2 hours then called back for 2 more and one more time for one more hour lol. They were not very strict and they didn't care about how long we had them out.. They gave us a map of where we were allowed to go, they fitted us for life vests and quickly showed us how to do what we're supposed to do on the jetskis and sent us on our way. These JetSki's were in great shape and super fast (turbo-d ones) and super responsive! Almost impossible to flip. This was honestly the time of my life out on the water we got to stop at restaurants with docks on them and we went swimming and just speeding around having so much fun!!! A wonderful experience thanks to WFO watercraft rentals!!! If I ever came back to the Ozarks this is where I would get a boat rental or JetSki next time!!

Called around to rent a boat and tube for the afternoon…read more Becky answered the phone and could not have been more helpful and friendly! $345 for 4 hours on a boat that comfortably sat 8 adults and 1 kid. Filled it up on the way back for about $100. Had the time of our lives and at 6:00 when we pulled back in, they were waiting for us! Someone hopped in and pulled us in to the dock and helped us all out. Easy, affordable, and friendly!

The…read morecaptain and crew were very thorough with going over safety measures, which made my dad feel safe enough to fly for the first time. They took extra care and precaution with my son, too. The mate, Tim, took so many good photos of myself and my family. He was super friendly and joked around with my family to make sure they were comfortable. The captain had my mother fly twice to make sure our weight was distributed enough to make the ride safe for me and my son, so she was stoked! The boat ride in was super fun too! The captain took us for a special ride back in. 10/10 would recommend !
