The people that worked here were super reasonable laid back people and they allowed us to only rent them for two hours and give the office a call if we wanted to rent them for longer. We ended up doing 2 hours then called back for 2 more and one more time for one more hour lol. They were not very strict and they didn't care about how long we had them out.. They gave us a map of where we were allowed to go, they fitted us for life vests and quickly showed us how to do what we're supposed to do on the jetskis and sent us on our way. These JetSki's were in great shape and super fast (turbo-d ones) and super responsive! Almost impossible to flip. This was honestly the time of my life out on the water we got to stop at restaurants with docks on them and we went swimming and just speeding around having so much fun!!! A wonderful experience thanks to WFO watercraft rentals!!! If I ever came back to the Ozarks this is where I would get a boat rental or JetSki next time!!

They are completely terrible and…read morecaught us a trade in on a new boat because they didn't put oil in our freaking boat after doing a summerization and oil change. We had a great deal on a trade and lost it because the dealership didn't want our boat since it didn't have oil in it when we brought it to them to get checked out. Thank God we tried to trade it in or we wouldn't have known and permanent damage might have been done to our boat but fortunately we didn't do enough driving to ruin anything this past summer. So, besides not putting oil back in our boat after the oil change, they also broke our engine hatch, cut the wiring to our speakers and blue interior lights. We thought we could trust them since their marina is in our campground but hell no! Since we have dealt with this, many other campers in Franky and Louie's campground have said they messed up their boats too! Don't use them!!! And, if you do, BEWARE!!!!!

We've been wanting to switch from a 3 blade prop to a 4 blade and wasn't for sure what we needed…read more George gave us what two options of what he suggested we needed (w/o knowing our WOT for the old prop and going off of our boat model). He said to try the one with the more pitch and if it's too much...bring it back and he would swap it out for the right one as long as there was no damage. I called him up (not knowing that it was after hours) as soon as I finished a test run with the new prop and told him what my WOT was. He told me to bring it on back that he would stick around for us. He had the new prop on the counter waiting to swap the hub over to it. Super nice people to deal with and very knowledgeable. They are in my favorites and will be my go to place for a prop or prop repair.
