That was the cookie I ate, and it was warm and gooey. It was good and worth the price since it is GF. The other people with me said the cookies were good. Again, only a few were warm. I went in this location late morning (11:30) to grab a 50 pack of Munchkins for one of my customers. One person in front of me ordering a designer coffee and the drive thru. Only one woman was working, busting her butt between us in the store and the drive thru whilst making all the drinks and any food. There were two employees sitting in the store in separate areas that looked to be enjoying their breaks. The lady working did the best she could but the drive through was steady and it took nearly 20 minutes for me to get in and out for just assorted Munchkins. Seems like a management issue leaving only 1 employee on duty when it's busy. I'll give her credit, though, she stayed pleasant and professional. I would think twice about going through this location again if I was in any type of time crunch but the Munchkins were delightful!
