We are new above-ground pool owners this year, and also new to the south. We went into this location expecting to receive help and guidance on what was needed to keep our pool running and in good shape throughout the season, which is far from what we received. Everytime we go in we are told that the water testing machine is "broken", but I honestly think the employees just don't want to get off their cell phones to engage with the customers in the store. In three months we have spent $700 in your store. This came with no guidance, no education, and here we are still battling to keep our pool properly maintained. It is obvious now after visiting a new pool store, your employees were just trying to sell us random products, $700 worth at that. During our visit to the new pool store today, after detailed questioning of our pool needs we were given step by step instructions to solve the issues. The products needed for this cost us only $49. I feel like we have been robbed of so much money from your store due to laziness, and lack of education of your employees. I will be sure to never recommend this store and tell everyone I know with a pool to give their business to the new company we have switched to.
