My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage during our anniversary. We found this place on Google and we're so glad we did! We were able to get an appointment the same day on a Tuesday evening. The place was so clean, relaxing and the team is super professional. They are located in an office park type area so it was kind of hard to find but they have plenty of parking and it was easy in/out. The massage itself was one of the best we've ever had. We felt so amazing and relaxed afterwards. The cherry on top of this experience was the tea after the massage! You have to ask for it though - they changed it due to covid. The spa itself is nothing fancy it's in an office park but it does the job. I had a 90 minute hot stone massage with the therapist Air. The massage was amazing! Exactly what I needed. She used firm pressure and the heat from the stones helped melt away built up stress and tension. I feel like I can move my neck more and that I regained about a half inch of height. The only hiccup was the music stopped playing during the massage and the therapist had to "ask google" to play again but it wasn't a big deal. Went to this spa for a couples massage and was absolutely blown away by their service we were greeted immediately by Tamila who was very sweet. I had Nava and my boyfriend had Tamila, both of which were amazing masseuses! Nava used just the right amount of pressure, she was super sweet. I will definitely be back! The owner, Nava was such a sweet lady and very good at her craft! The Thai massage was amazing, although different from a traditional massage so it's important to be open-minded. Nava Sen Spa is the best spa in Atlanta by far. I went in for a hour massage and facial which was done by Nava. This was by far the best facial I've ever received. Nava asked the right questions, and really made sure she understood my problem areas before proceeding. From the moment she began I could tell she knew what she was doing. After my time with her my face was truly transformed from dry and congested to fresh, clean and hydrated! From the cleansing process to the cool hydrating mask, hot scented towels, face, neck, decolletage, shoulders and upper back massage, it was amazing! I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. I had an appointment at 10 o'clock. I knocked on the door several times as the door was locked. I waited 15 minutes. I called the spa several times and no answer. The lights were off and the shades were drawn. They finally called me back at 11 AM asking where I was for my appointment. It was obvious that they were not there at 10 o'clock or even 1015am. Instead of just being upfront that they were late, the woman on the phone just made excuses and tried to convince me that she was just in the back making up the bed or in the restroom. No apologies or what can I do to fix this. A very unprofessional way to run a business! read more

My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. They were ready for us when we got there. My masseuse really listened to what I wanted, and it was the best massage I've ever gotten. It was my boyfriend's first massage and he loved it as well. Both of the massage therapists were very knowledgeable. After the massage, they had hot tea and water for us as well as grapes, crackers, and cheese in a quiet room. The environment is so relaxing and I will definitely be going back! read more

Showed up for my appointment booked several days ago and even received a text to confirm the morning of the appointment. However, when I arrived the door was locked with no one there. I tried calling several times with no response even though the hours show as open. This is absolutely terrible service and urge everyone to look elsewhere to avoid a similar situation. I tried Nava Sen a long time ago and till this day I am still deeply in love with their decor. The little "garden" area is just one of my favorite places to be in. I have a special bond with this room for some unexplainable reason and today I finally had my reflexology massage in there! It was very special!! Sata was my masseuse. Very approachable, loving and nurturing energy to work with! lol I don't have a lot of that in my life-too much testosterone hahah due to work. She was professional and I felt she truly loved being there for me! I loved the tea and biscuits and the whole experience. In the garden, I had part of the foot massage and then I had the herbal thai massage! Really really special for me! They use what looks like 2 big heavy sponges submerged in hot water with the most divine herbs! It smelled like lemon grass, ginger, turmeric and I don't know what else but it was so soothing- like kisses for my nose hahah. The sponges are pressed against your body firmly with circular motion. Aside from this you also have a regular massage. It was a great experience!! If you love having heat and calming herbs, then you have to try this at least once!! It is moderately priced but I left feeling like it was money very well spent aside from being physically soothing, I left feeling much lighter and as if I had received emotional healing too! ;) I think the owner decorated the office. I have to say that in my opinion the garden and red room are truly special. Just sitting in these rooms made me feel joy and healing ( warm and fuzzy for sure). I did find it a bit difficult to contact them but it is surely not a deterrent to coming back again! read more

I have enjoyed couples massage, as well as traditional Thai yoga massage, which is a totally unique experience and I believe it's an Atlanta exclusive. However, my favorite is the aromatherapy massage using the Young Living essential oil line utilizing the "Raindrop technique." Nava is certified using this beneficial and healing process. Nava Sen Spa is the best! I'm a 40 something year old guy who has had back issues and I still like to work out at as high a level as I can (mountain biking, running, lifting weights) so I need a lot of maintenance around my core and back. I also need a massage therapist that has the strength to and knowledge to help me with some really tight back muscles. For me that person is Greta. All her massages are great but personally I recommend her Ashiatsu massage. This is by far the best deep tissue massage I have ever gotten. I literally couldn't speak after and my wife took me home and I got in bed and took a nap for an hour. I highly recommend Greta. You won't regret it. read more

Horrible Customer Service 1. I physically walked in and scheduled a sen-sual couples massage for myself and my husband early in the week. The appointment was originally scheduled for Saturday at 4pm.I had a family emergency, so I had to reschedule for the following week. I called to reschedule for the next Saturday at the same time, spoke with the same young lady over the phone, and when she asked what time I would like to reschedule to, I answered with "4 pm, the same time." 2. I come in for my appointment at 3:58pm with my husband and there is no one at the front desk to greet us. We stood waiting for the first 5 minutes, filling out the intake forms on our own. There were 3 individuals inside of a side room, playing a video a bit loud with the door open. Then someone came out from the back and proceeded to walk past us, without saying a word, entering the room of 3 people and started conversing with them. It wasn't until she couldn't walk past us without realizing we were looking to her for some sort of assistance, that she asked if we were there to see Greta. I told her that I was unaware of who we were being seen by, as I wasn't given that information when I rescheduled. She left after telling us where the restroom was, and that was it. 3. 25 minutes into waiting, Greta comes out of the room after a tall woman, who I realized the 3 individuals in the side room were there waiting for. Greta approached me and asked if we had an appointment. I proceeded to explain the situation and after she opened up the scheduling on the computer, she apologized because there was no appointment scheduled for today or the previous Saturday. Then the owner came out and we had round 2 of explaining the situation. She said that I must have spoken to Keisha on the phone and that Greta could see us today, one after another-if I liked, because she was done for the day. I told her that this was part of my husband's birthday gift, and that I requested the sen-sual couples massage, which is done in the same room, for the couple. The owner also said that we could come back tomorrow and Greta could take us individually, one after the other. NOT OKAY! WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! There were a few better options available to us that the owner could have offered, but she chose not to. I am disappointed in the crappy service; I will make sure to tell anyone considering Nava Sen Spa about my experience. Let's Make America Great Again read more
