When I returned I was seated for mat 5 minutes prior to being called back for my massage. The massage therapist was a short and small framed woman. ( she was very sweet) . She did not ask me if I had any concern areas, or even what type of pressure I prefer. However, I did note firm pressure on my paper work. Overall it was an ok massage. The pressure was not the best. A ton of oil was used, which typically prevents firm pressure. This was more of a massage for people that just like to be rubbed on. I needed a therapeutic massage. This did not cut it for my needs. Each location has the ability to refund the charge but the manager will not and says it's because of the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is not on the website anywhere but only in messages they send to confirm the appointment. I opted out of those messages because I was getting messages every other day that my masseuse had an opening. The manager said they had to charge my card so that the employee would get paid but I've already prepaid! I had 3.5 credits! The manager said that the district manager would say the same thing and the regional manager would say the same thing.
