Well this joker thought it would be ok to just start the work and upon completion sends a picture showing the trees and shrubs were taken down BUT he never had our approval to proceed! He never told us the cost. WHO THE HELL DOES THAT! He claimed to have called and says no one answered. There was no voicemail there was no text, this unprofessional landscaper took it upon himself to just do as he wanted! He comes to my home, without approval and just did what he wanted ! Then to top it all off, he asks to be paid when he doesn't even do the job I asked for and when the remaining work is pointed out, he has the "you know what" to say, that will cost you more money! So if you contemplating going with this company, DON'T! Save your money and keep scrolling. Dont get suckered in!

Even with the COVID-19 outbreak going on, Angel was able to make an initial visit to survey our property and discuss projects within a day of sending an inquiry, and was professional about maintaining social distancing throughout the discussion. We had a quote in just over a week (even with the busy season just picking up) and were able to get started on the projects after a bout of rainstorms passed. Angel's team worked swiftly and professionally, and did a beautiful job helping us clean up our property. We had several garden beds that had not ever been properly edged and had fallen to disrepair before we moved in last summer, and they now look better than we could've imagined. They were able to clean out weeds and dead/dying plants, move a few plants around to rebalance the garden, trim bushes back, install a butterfly garden, lay new mulch, even out and fill divits in throughout the yard, and install a small fence -- all within 2-3 days of work. As noted, Angel runs a really professional team, and did an amazing job sourcing high quality plants, mulch, and fencing at very reasonable and competitive prices. Angel is highly communicative throughout in terms of giving heads up about the project status (especially when things change, like having to push our start date due to inclement weather). Steve came by to assess several hours after we requested and was able to schedule removal for the next day, astonishingly. We did not see indemnification language in his form proposal (agreement), but were able to have him add us as additional insureds -- and he volunteered to add all adjoining neighbors as well. His policy limits are adequate. And he affirmatively reached out to the school across the street from us to notice them about the large trucks and noise associated with tree removal. It was a huge job, but he and his team were able to complete the work in a single day. Other contractors had told us it would take two days. He and his team were clearly experts at rope work and took down branches without causing damage to the pergola or patio below the tree. They did have to take out our beautiful smaller tree adjoining the large, leaning tree, sadly. This kind of work is expensive -- heart-attack-inducing expensive -- but based on the quotes we received, Steve's pricing is not unreasonable. Very professional company and team, very responsive to questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone who finds themselves in the same unfortunate situation we were in!
