Very Disappointing Experience -- Respect Your Patients' Time…read more We had a 3:00 PM appointment and arrived on time -- not one minute late. We made the effort to be professional and respect the scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, we were left waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room, and then another 15 minutes after being taken to the back, for a total wait of approximately 45 minutes. What made this even more frustrating was that we never received a phone call or text letting us know the doctor was running behind. I completely understand that doctors can have unexpected delays and that some patients may require more time. That is not the issue. The issue is communication and respect for the patient's time. If someone had simply called or texted us around 2:30 PM and said, "The doctor is running behind; would you be able to come in later?", I would have gladly understood and adjusted my schedule. People arrange their entire day around medical appointments. Some patients have to take time off work, miss school, arrange transportation, or cancel other plans just to make it to an appointment on time. Our time is valuable too. I honestly hate leaving negative reviews, but patients deserve better communication and professionalism. If you expect patients to respect their appointment times, the office should show the same respect for theirs. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication when appointments are running significantly behind.!

My experience has been a nightmare of poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism. 1. Conflicting Information & Billing Errors I received a statement for a balance I wasn't expecting. When I first called, the office admitted it was an "error" and told me to ignore it. Two weeks later, I received the exact same bill. This shows a complete lack of internal coordination. 2. Extremely Rude Front Desk I called again on 01/07/2026 at 3:30 PM to resolve the recurring issue. The staff member who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, they were combative and couldn't--or wouldn't--properly explain the charges. 3. Lack of Transparency This office has my insurance information on file, which means they know exactly what is and isn't covered. Despite this, they proceeded with treatment that wasn't covered without asking for my approval first. When I finally stopped by the front desk in person, they gave me a completely different reason for the charge than what was said on the phone. Final Verdict The way this office operates is unprofessional and dishonest. They are not transparent about costs and the staff does not show the minimum courtesy required when talking to customers. I told him that my other dentist with disagrees with them. He then told his assistant to take off my napkin and he told me to get up out of there. I asked him why and what did I do wrong and he refused to answer. When I came back and asked him to complete the service he called me a "crazy ass". Full story: Place is not clean. I came here one week and the receptionist was RUDE and told me to come back because she couldn't verify my insurance. Mind you, this should've been done before I went to the office. I come back weeks later. This happened. He attempted to pull my teeth out with his hands, no tools. Kept telling me I have a nice mouth in a creepy way and referred to me as "baby" instead of my name. I let it pass because I needed my tooth out. Numbed my mouth, asked me about root canal and I told him I hear a lot of negativity around root canals, then he kicks me out. Mouth still numb and all. The last visit included work on my old bridge that I was not informed about prior and I was sent home with excessive bleeding and pain with no pain medication or instructions of any kind, then two days later one of the temporary crowns came out which caused even more pain. I called the office the same evening of my visit due to the excessive bleeding and no one from the office returned my call fortunately I finally was able to stop the bleeding after 3 hrs. I recently had another follow up appointment and was supposed to be sedated however the office waited to call in the prescription late in the evening before my visit after I made two attempts to pick it up so needless to say it was not ready, this has happened twice. I'm looking for a new dentist who actually cares about their patients.
