(whoa! lol) One reason they call it FREEdom bank is free from those horrid bank charges. They just have different business model, and it is sooo consumer friendly. Check 'em out! I've never really had a good experience with the Smithfield branch, as ATM's have eatten up my debit card and there is almost always a wait at the drive up ATM. The parking lot is also very dark... which isn't that safe. Getting in and out of this location is also a pain, and slightly dangerous. Route 44 isn't pleasant. Try the ATM across the street, lights abound and easy to get to.

Recently, I came here because I needed a document notarized. I called ahead just in case the notary only goes into the office on certain days and certain times. Thankfully, Adam is always there and I didn't need to make an appointment. I went to Chase later on the same day and got my document notarized. He was a pleasure to speak to and the process was very smooth.

There is location close by in North Providence on Miserable Springs Ave. My only issue is that this is a Ri based credit union and access to their ATM's is limited. So expect a fee if you're using other ATM's.
