They took our info and in less than 20 minutes we were sitting in the office of Jessica. If you look up ROCKSTAR in the dictionary I'm sure there is a picture of Jessica as an example of what one is. She talked us through all the different accounts got us set up and was very patient with us (especially me, as I have a bit of a hearing issue and she had to repeat some things for me). Had the worst teller experience that I have ever had in any financial institution in the 2 bale…read morelane branch. Was running errands and realized that I needed to go in here and make a withdrawal to be put into another financial institution. I hadn't brought my checkbook with me. I walked up to the teller, and she instantly had an attitude and was rude right from the start. Started to give her my social security # and right away she was "No, no, no, I need to see your debit card." Tried to explain to her that I didn't have one. Got an overly exasperated sigh and more attitude. She the said, " I can take your driver's license." Got the license out of the inside of my wallet and it slipped onto the counter. She couldn't pick it up. Finally, in an angry voice, "I need you to put it in my hand!!!" At that point I had had enough. I just said "No, I won't be dealing with a rude teller like you are, and left. I have had some good younger tellers in there, but this is the 2nd time in the last 4 or 5 trips in there that I have gotten a rude one, but she was by far the worst. It's to the point that I am either going to the other branch in town which is much further away, or switch financial institutions entirely.

The salesperson was very nice and pleasant but we could tell that he was somewhat new in the position and couldn't give as much information about the history of the care as we'd like. Perhaps the MOST disappointing part of the visit was the supervisor. He was sent over to us after we were concerned with the tightness of the steering wheel (we were told that's how new steering wheels work and you had to "break them in"--fun fact, not how steering wheels work. The supervisor dismissed our concerns and essentially said that he would sell the car to someone either way so we could either take it or leave it. My boyfriend works on cars and was patronized when he explained why a tight and just replaced steering wheel is concerning. We were very disappointed by this encounter. It is very bad business and ethically problematic when a dealership is not transparent or open to essential questions about the stability and integrity of power steering.

We had to wait over 20 minutes waiting for them to locate the car key - despite the fact that we called ahead and were told "we'll bring the car around for you." 20 minutes later, car key is located in the service area. We question why we are being led to the back lot and were told by the employee (his name starts either D) that the car wasn't ready, had to be serviced and wasn't inspected. Now, why would you list the car on the website if it was NOWHERE near ready to be sold. As if this wasn't bad enough ... the car was dead. "D" went to get the jump box. The hood piston was broken SO I HAD TO HOLD THE HOOD OPEN for this employee. What?! How unprofessional could this be?! Jump box was dead. Employee D went to get a bigger jump box and WHILE I HELD THE HOOD OPEN AGAIN, D said the second jump box was not charged. A second employee came out and said "You shouldn't be holding that hood." No crap. We walked out, got in our car and drove away. Literally the most unprofessional car dealership we've ever been to. I cannot believe they stay in business.
