Today, 1/26/24, the dealership said my 1 yr old battery ( with a 30 month replacement guarantee) was dead and needed replaced at a cost of over $300! I said "Don't do it". When talking with Harrell's, I asked to pick up a new one to take to dealership and, of course, return the old battery to them. That would have meant about an hour and 20 minute round trip for me. Harrell's said NO! They would be happy to take the new battery to Fayetteville FOR me and swap it out for me, within the hour! Wow! I was really impressed! I didn't expect that! The Sheriff Department informed us to file charges against them. We filed charges against their friend and Paradise Towing. This will be resolved in court.
