Again very impressed with the modern system. Everything's computerized you go over to the computer stations you type in your information what you are requesting and then you head back over and you wait for them to call you up really straightforward really easy the girl who gave me my certified copy was so sweet and we joked around a little bit. Always nice to have that personal touch when you're dealing with the government agency. The whole process was easy and seamless, finished quickly, jumped in my car and I was on my way.

Number 9-22 were not available.. so there's potential for so many people to be working there instead of people just waiting and waiting. This was just as bad as the location in riverside. Also, came for a SS for my son and they ask for two forms of ID. Mind you, he's only 3 months. So I couldn't get it. They make it so complicated for parents. Instead of making things better and letting things flow well, it seems like they like to make things hard for people.

We grew up within biking distance of the base and our mom would take us to the airshows when we…read morewere young, so when I found out there were airshows again, I jumped at the chance. Even though we grew up with military IDs since one of our parents served, we no longer have them as adults, so it's a great way to get back on the base with the rest of the public who can finally see what it looks like inside. Meanwhile, for my sister and me, it brought back floods of memories. The airshow itself is fairly well organized, but there are some things that need to be improved. There were plenty of porta potties all around the edges, although the wash stations tended to lack water so we'd get stuck with soap on our hands with nothing to wash it away with. There were plenty of water fountains towards the chain link fence, but the announcer made it confusing by saying they were by the ramps. I looked at the map inside the program booklet and didn't see a ramp anywhere, nor were the water fountains on the map. I had to ask around to finally find them. Another thing that was confusing was the rules said no water bottles unless in a sealed bottle, but I saw plenty of people with them anyway. The rules should be amended to "Water bottles ok as long as empty. Fill up inside." There were food trucks although I wish there was more variation besides chicken and waffles and sausages, like international food and vegetarian options would've been nice. The airshow itself was amazing. Even when we were stuck outside the gates in a long line of cars trying to get inside, we could already see planes flying. Some people even opted to just park outside of the base, tailgate, and watch the show from the nearby gas stations and convenience stores. Getting to drive and park on one of the runways was also cool. It makes you realize just how big the runways are since there must have been thousands of cars parked on it. We got used to watching so many stunt planes tumbling, stalling, diving, and looping that when it was time to go home and we saw a plane, it was kind of a let down. It was like "Oh, it's just a regular plane." It's a great way to spend a sunny spring weekend, but I highly recommend dressing for hot weather, bringing umbrellas, chairs, and water bottles. Like it was so hot that so many people were hiding under the shade of the huge wings of the planes on display, which in itself is pretty cool and unique. Update: I just learned that where we parked our cars is called the "ramp" not the runway, so when the announcer said the free water was "by the ramp" technically we were already on it.

This is for RICARDO/Richard & Leo who provided excellent…read morecustomer service! There was an emergency shutdown in our neighborhood today. :( my family and I were starting to panic. No toilet. No handwashing....so difficult for senior citizens! We passed by the "water station" and met the WMWD team. There were 2guys: RICHARD & LEO Incredibly helpful, they took it upon themselves to fill up 5-gallon buckets of water and gave them out to residents who were passing by. As a resident with my parents (senior citizens) living with us, I completely appreciated this effort. Not only did they give 2packs of drinking water for each household, but they actually went down a couple of streets to give the people they saw buckets of water for their toilets and sink/washing needs. It was so needed!! :) They were both polite and thoughtful; RICHARD & LEO had amazing customer service! Please email : CustomerService@wmwd.com And tell them how helpful these guys are. They took the initiative to get the 5-gallon buckets from Lowes, fill them up with water and hand-deliver them out to the residents. Talk about SERVING THE COMMUNITY Kudos to Richard/Ricardo and Leo!
