After he reviewed my case and complaints Steven called me back and stated that his recommendation is that I find another law firm to deal with my cases as they don't want to "continue to not meet my customer service needs" LOL! How laughable! Instead of fixing the issues they recommended I find another law firm in the MIDDLE of my cases! I've been with them since December 2025 it is now July 2026. What a complete joke of a team they are! I have filed a complaint with the board of Arizona for their law firm and will be contacting the BBB and another attorney in regards to their lack of representation and communication including their compliance with our signed legal agreement.
