I would not recommend anyone to use this firm. These are the kind of attorneys that give all attorneys a bad name. Very unprofessional, they forget your case, not reliable, doesn't return calls and gets wrong information. Poor legal advice. They are just looking for a quick pay day. When they take your money, they tell you what you want to hear and then in the end tell you there's nothing they can do for you. Why didn't you tell me that $1,500 ago? Unethical business practice. I honestly don't want to go too much into details about my personal business but I will, just to clarify so there won't be any misunderstanding. 1. It was a wrongful termination/discrimination case. 2. You did charge us $1,500. Saying you needed $1,500 to start the process and send out a letter to the company. You also told us that there are not many discrimination lawyers in this town. Also not true. In the end, we still felt like we were scammed, that you basically took our money and didn't do much. The EEOC actually helped us and did more than what you and your firm did for us. In your response that you wanted me to contact your office to correct this issue. All we wanted at that time was to find someone that was going to be on our side and to make things right for us. You neglected to do so. The EEOC and another law firm ended up helping us and made things right for us. What is there left for you to do to make it right for us now? Are you going to refund us our money?
