If you can return your Amazon packages quit literally anywhere else I would recommend it. The large balding man who is always in charge of Amazon returns is one of the nastiest people I've met. Downright should not be in a customer service facing roll whatsoever. The multiple times I've been in he has consistently been rude, disrespectful and always has an attitude. This Staples location helped me in a last minute pinch and I am eternally grateful! The customer service was unmatched! Specifically, James and Nicolas went above and beyond to help me get my wedding invitations printed when my fiancé and I were turned down at other locations in the area. Stopped in on a whim after chasing around online and at OfficeMax for a monitor. They had the one I was supposed to get at OfficeMax, for the same price (and had plenty of them.) Price was reasonable, service was very good even though they were busy. They even gave me an extra coupon. Selection and layout were pretty typical for Staples. The place was clean and well-organized. It's not in my neck of the woods, but next time I'm out this way I'll stop in. Is it weird that I am really excited to Yelp about this particular Staples? Well, weird or not, I really loved it here. Either Staples has really gone down hill or this one is not all that great. Depending on the day that you go the help staff is anywhere from pretty decent to non-existant. Their selection for office supplies is alright but I've seen better at other Staples and other Office Max's and the rest of the stuff that they sell like office furniture (which is just overpriced cheap junk) and their tech stuff is pretty ho-hum. If you're looking for pens, paper and erasers then this is the place to go. If you want stuff for your computer or for your office you'd save yourself some time and money by just going online and looking at any of the hundreds of office supply retailers. read more

Went to the local Staples (in Reynoldsburg) with a lot on my mind, but no idea how to find what I needed. I was immediately greeted by the store manager, not in a confrontational fashion, but in a genuine, friendly way. Within 10 minutes, I had everything I needed and the store manager also made my day with her helpful, friendly attitude. Service like this is extremely hard to come by nowadays -- hopefully, Staples can survive the Amazon marketing forces and continue to serve our community. Have you been looking for an experience that will leave you in tears, wishing you hadn't bothered to come in at all? Then look no further than this Staples location. My four-year-old son and I were approached by a gruff manager almost immediately upon entering this morning. My kiddo was in a grumpy mood and was loud, something I was trying to remedy, when she asked if we needed help with anything. I declined and said I needed to have something printed and went to the printing desk. My son was increasingly loud, because he's four and was throwing a tantrum. I realized this and was trying again to get him to quiet down, when the manager got very close to his face and said, "is there a problem? You are making so much noise that we can hear it all across the store." I told her I was trying to take care of it, but she glared at me and then turned to the rest of the store and said, "I'm sorry!" on my behalf. I apologized myself to the customers near me. But she had stormed off by that point. When I would look in her direction, she was consistently glaring at me. I honestly have never felt more unwelcomed anywhere. I get that my son was upset, but the manager should have approached me, not my four-year-old, to deal with the situation. The reason for any star in my review is because of the friendly and helpful girl working at the register when we left. She apologized for the manager's rude behavior and indicated it was not the first time something like that had happened. I was pretty frustrated at this point and asked if I could speak to someone about the situation, but the manager herself would have been the one I would make a complaint to. I was ready to be out of there, so we left and went to FedEx Office, where we were greeted warmly and assisted by a friendly worker (and paid less for the printing than I would have at Staples). read more

I was a little shocked at the mess of this store. Boxes were everywhere and the laptop and tablet section seemed incomplete. Some of the laptops had no info beside them. The store just had a weird vibe. After a while I did have two employees ask if I needed help but at this point I was just ready to browse and leave. Their computer and tablet section seems to be the bare minimum. I will go somewhere else with a decent selection, neat and clearly identifiable computers, and no boxes in the aisle. read more

I went in this store with my 3 kids. I wanted to purchase some Kleenex tissues that were on the top overhead bin. I couldn't reach it so I was walking around looking for an associate. At the same time, me and my daughters were questioning if there was anybody working here? Well, we finally found someone (a manager) and she tried to accuse of us being LOUD. She said she could hear me being very LOUD on her headset and that I was complaining because I couldn't find anyone to help me. Of course, I am angry because I couldn't find anybody to help me. But at the same time, I didn't want to start a verbal argument with her in front of my 3 daughters. Purchased new laptop and took the old one for my "free" data transfer. 24 hours later was told my hard drive was corrupted, so while my laptop was working, they couldn't transfer any files to new computer. Well, after it's trip to Staples, the laptop won't even boot up. Supposedly only option is send out to expensive data recovery service, so I think Staples should pay for it! read more

Have to say I was impressed with the customer service. I had gone in to pick up some organizational supplies for my business, and when I went to check out the total was WAY over what it should have been. One of the items was mislabeled in the rack. Showed the cashier where I had gotten it, and when he saw the issue he corrected my total on the spot and fixed the rack real quick to prevent others from having the same problem. Service like that brings customers back every time! You guys will keep getting my company's business without a doubt. read more
