We were very pleased with NBB when we ordered the furniture for our home office. It is a small space so we had to be careful what we ordered. Tim was very accommodating. After it was installed we wanted to add a piece and a new door for one of the cabinets. We where going to pay for everything this had nothing to do with initial install. He came to measure and he said no problem. I kept sending him emails to find out when it would be in and he even gave me a date. It has never arrived and he stopped answering my emails and my phone calls. If he could not fill the order at least call and tell us he made a mistake. He is not a good business man and certainly not polite to his customers. read more

They really helped with decorating and design ideas and Tim Travis seemed to know every possible combination of material, building quality, manufacturer and design that exists.
