So when we got serious to sell our house and buy another we did not hesitate to call her. We told her what we were looking for and even though I tried to stray from what we wanted or needed in a home, she kept me in line. I would recommend Eden to anyone when it comes to buying or selling a house. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most of all, Honest. I was trying to borrow $60k for improvements I sent everything they wanted and after about a month I called Erika Williams there and was advised that the loan application expired because I didn't have one of the documents complete. Thanks for wasting my time Erika you are a great asset to that credit union, I can get a loan anywhere that I apply so I will no longer deal with HRCCU. She could have at least called and left a message before the application expired after all she has all my information including life insurance info for some reason

She was extremely rude and showed no empathy for my sister in law and I during a difficult time. She was extremely unprofessional, and wouldn't help us. She even thought it was funny, and made snarky comments to us. And had the audacity to charge us for bank statements that we needed to figure out his bills. He was a long time customer, and it is a disgrace that someone like Chloe even has a job in customer service. My father is turning over in his grave and would be appalled by her treatment of us. LPL Financial and this business office have not been capable of disbursing my funds. I have initiated the transaction thru T. Rowe Price, who incidentally provides competent service and advice, and LPL Financial has blocked the transaction. I have spent hours on the phone with Dan Hazewski, Jr. trying to get this transaction completed, and today I had to begin anew. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to Dan Hazewski Sr. he became very insulting and unprofessional. I have spoken with this office 5 times today, and have just completed 1/2 of their mind-numbing administrative BS to set up an account that can then have money transferred out. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY TO MANAGE or you may never get it back! Additionally, there was little in the way of advice or account growth during the time the money was being managed by LPL Financial. Beware Extreme Incompetence!

The only real thing that can set them apart is service. Parks has great service every time I have gone in. It has been a pain switching banks, but the level of service I am receiving from Parks is and will be well worth the effort. I look for forward to our continued relationship.
