I called on Thursday and he said he would have the information the next day. I had to travel for business but 4 weeks later, I called and asked why I had never received an information and he said he believed they would "pass" on the job. Said they weren't interested in refinishing our existing cabinets and that new cabinets " were out of our budget". I never gave him a budget limit.
