First off the two guys that came to install the outdoor unit just pulled there vehicle right into a freshly sewed yard. after getting them out of the yard and mud they went down and pulled in the second drive way and pulled right back into the yard again instead of staying in the driveways. Bad service right from the start. had the move again and they were extremely rude after that because of using hand trucks 5 feet further I guess. the install it and left without a word. the unit did not work. 3 days later they finally came back and hooked up a harness the installation guys failed to connect. now it is constantly froze and want work. 1st call it took till the next day to get a call back. then 3 days for someone to come out. 2nd call it was two weeks later a return call and two days for someone to come out after that. unit still freezing up. unit is a lemon and doesn't work. now a third call due to unit froze and not working. got a call from a very loud and disrespectful lady. and they are coming out 2 days later. did receive a call from David the manager and he talked to me as I was a stupid kid or something. saying things that were not true. you know the narcissist peeps way. terrible company, poor work, non professional staff and want ensure they products work nor stand behind them. just give you the run around I guess until you go somewhere else cause they already have there money. wish there where some negative stars to give them. please stay clear of this business. they will rip you off. read more

After receiving a phone call from Century representatives and them telling me they would be out to install my new unit on Wed or Thur it was 2 1/2 wks later that they FINALLY showed up!! They never bothered to give me a curtesy call saying something came up and it would be later...I heard nothing from them!! When they FINALLY showed up the two men installing the unit never spoke a word to me (even though I paid them lots of money.) They were very rude and just looked at me like I was not suppose to be there (at my own property.) I would never suggest them to my worst enemy!! Poor communication, poor workers, poor attitudes!! We have been doing business with Century for around 15 years. We first started with them when they converted our oil heat to a gas pack, which I highly recommend if you have natural gas available. They updated our current home with a heat pump. More importantly we have a maintenance contract which puts us in a better position to have things repaired should they go wrong. Recently we have had Danny at our residence with the gas pack to do regular maintenance. Danny caught a part that was showing this age and had a replacement on the truck! Our home with the heat pump had stopped working, Samuel came out and released the clog, getting us back up and running in the same day. It's summer and part of the unit is in the attic. I didn't relish him going into it during this hot and humid time. Both men took the time to explain in detail what was needed, why it was needed and fixed it. I'm not an HVAC specialist and I really appreciate the time they both took to explain in a way I could understand.
