The pharmacists have always been helpful and typically available when you need them. You cannot always find what you need at a grocery store or a superstore, so we rely on this place. In general, the prices are a bit higher than a grocery store or superstore, but they typically have all of those drug store products you need and a good assortment of drug store makeup, plus I always love all of the holiday goodies and odds and ends you find for gifts.

The floors were the cleanest iteam in there!! I walked out... now I think about it that's maybe why the guy went to the womens room, hoping for a halfway clean restroom! After I found a clean place to use, I called the store, the man said he was a manager, he did not seam to give a poop about it, he said He cleaned it 2 days ago, I told him to go look at it, he said he'd been in there today! Then told me they have a cleaning company that cleans it (wait he told me he cleaned it 2 days ago)! If this is what they alow customers( whom some are sick) to see and deal with, what does what customers can't see look like? Are they clean? I hope so but doughy it.. and they handle medication and first aid items! I hope to god this is felt with because someone is going to get sick if there not already and may get worse because of this.

I went in-person and discussed status on my RX, they said they are waiting for Preauthorization. A week later I go in again and they said they never received the RX ever. I showed them my voice mail saying it was in process. I also told them I spoke with them in-person. But they have no record of the RX!! So back to square one with the DR resending it to them. Their drive thru is constantly closed. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked when refilling another RX what time would it be ready and she snarkly said a few hours. I asked about what time? She said "I told you a few hours". I then asked in "two hours"? She said no... 3 hours. Why didn't she just tell me that in the first place? Instead of being rude and flippant about it!

Most places closed early, this place saved the day so we could start the medication right away. We also did not need to put in any insurance information or our personal information. Just because, "you been getting your adderall for a year, why do I have to get a Physicians Authorization?" Means you didn't do your job to contact your doctor to make the necessary appointments. Yes CVS can contact with your authorization, but as a patient it is your responsibility to make those calls and appointments to continue your medication. I have been to this location a few times. Each time there is irate customers who do not understand that process. They also do not get why insurances have to have the approval from doctors before prescriptions can be filled. The staff have handled everything with elegance and friendly responses. Though customers do not see it that way. Because how the pharmacy handles these customers and how diligent they are to solving and filling medications they get 5 stars.

They don't have a online portal to check for yourself and the whole thing is inconvenient and annoying because they never are ready unless I call and tell them..every single month. I admit it takes an extra five minutes a month to go here but they have alerted my to coupons and discount codes that have saved me hundreds of dollars- maybe even thousands. They answer my questions politely and track down doctors when a refill is needed.
