The pharmacists have always been helpful and typically available when you need them. You cannot always find what you need at a grocery store or a superstore, so we rely on this place. In general, the prices are a bit higher than a grocery store or superstore, but they typically have all of those drug store products you need and a good assortment of drug store makeup, plus I always love all of the holiday goodies and odds and ends you find for gifts.

Because of the man walking into the woman's room I immediately left the woman's rest room, I then went into the mens and locked the door as I was closing it.... The floors were the cleanest iteam in there!! I walked out... now I think about it that's maybe why the guy went to the womens room, hoping for a halfway clean restroom! After I found a clean place to use, I called the store, the man said he was a manager, he did not seam to give a poop about it, he said He cleaned it 2 days ago, I told him to go look at it, he said he'd been in there today! Then told me they have a cleaning company that cleans it (wait he told me he cleaned it 2 days ago)! If this is what they alow customers( whom some are sick) to see and deal with, what does what customers can't see look like? Are they clean? I hope so but doughy it.. and they handle medication and first aid items! I hope to god this is felt with because someone is going to get sick if there not already and may get worse because of this.

I went in-person and discussed status on my RX, they said they are waiting for Preauthorization. A week later I go in again and they said they never received the RX ever. I showed them my voice mail saying it was in process. I also told them I spoke with them in-person. But they have no record of the RX!! So back to square one with the DR resending it to them. Their drive thru is constantly closed. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked when refilling another RX what time would it be ready and she snarkly said a few hours. I asked about what time? She said "I told you a few hours". I then asked in "two hours"? She said no... 3 hours. Why didn't she just tell me that in the first place? Instead of being rude and flippant about it!

We made appointments for 10:30am today, 9/28/2024 to get our Moderna Covid vaccine and the nice pharmacist lady had us in and out within 7 minutes. We were here about a month ago (with an appointment ) for our fall flu shots and our visit was the same, in and out quickly with a different pharmacist.

I get all the same meds each month and each month I have to go out of my way and call and make sure my meds are refilled and are going to be on time and each month they are NOT. They don't have a online portal to check for yourself and the whole thing is inconvenient and annoying because they never are ready unless I call and tell them..every single month. I admit it takes an extra five minutes a month to go here but they have alerted my to coupons and discount codes that have saved me hundreds of dollars- maybe even thousands. They answer my questions politely and track down doctors when a refill is needed.
