They have no consistent protocols. It is absolutely pathetic and if you need to call in to have your prescriptions ready the same Dane rather than their default pick up of three days later, you wait 45 minutes to talk to someone. 45 minutes consistently horrible horrible horrible place. I went in-person and discussed status on my RX, they said they are waiting for Preauthorization. A week later I go in again and they said they never received the RX ever. I showed them my voice mail saying it was in process. I also told them I spoke with them in-person. But they have no record of the RX!! So back to square one with the DR resending it to them. Their drive thru is constantly closed. They are rude and unprofessional. I asked when refilling another RX what time would it be ready and she snarkly said a few hours. I asked about what time? She said "I told you a few hours". I then asked in "two hours"? She said no... 3 hours. Why didn't she just tell me that in the first place? Instead of being rude and flippant about it!

The pharmacy staff are friendly and happy to help with any questions. They are always smiling and cheerful when helping us. We made appointments for 10:30am today, 9/28/2024 to get our Moderna Covid vaccine and the nice pharmacist lady had us in and out within 7 minutes. We were here about a month ago (with an appointment ) for our fall flu shots and our visit was the same, in and out quickly with a different pharmacist.

Most places closed early, this place saved the day so we could start the medication right away. We also did not need to put in any insurance information or our personal information. Furthermore, when I needed a script filled early she refused and I had to go to another pharmacy, on my broken leg to get my medication, the Walgreens I went to filled the script then and there.
