They are stealing people's money. My brother is locked up I put $25 on his phone account so he could call others besides just me . I done this through ncic's website . The site had two options add money to the inmates phone account or add money to my phone account , where he could only call me . I chose the first option . My brother told me he didn't see the credits and he could not call our mother . I called the customer service at ncic they start off lying to me telling me they don't have access to inmates phone account . I pushed the issue and the woman gave in and looked up my bank card information and sure enough there it was $25 credit to the inmates account . She then starts telling me that he's not pressing the right option , I took that as a valid reason and informed my brother . He kept telling me later that it still didn't work . I call a week later to the ncic customer service and right off the bat she started with the lie about no access to the inmates account . I then told her about my previous phone call to them she looked it up and there it was same as before ! Then she starts talking back and forth to co-workers getting information from me then the line was muted . She comes back on the line and tells me I don't know where you sent that money but there is no option at that facility to put funds on an inmate's phone account. I then told her ncic must have updated the website for inmates at my brother's facility since I talked to the first lady a week ago . I look at my phone and I was talking to myself she done hung up on me . So she clearly can see I made the $25 deposit but it did not go into my phone account nor my brother's phone account but ncic definitely got the money ! They would not even move the money to my phone account so my brother could at least just call me . Also, may I add both customer service Representatives were argumentative , Liars and rude. Huffing and puffing the whole time I was on the phone with both of them! Oh wait I forgot thieves also ! Every person who has had this and similar issues with them where they just straight up kept people's money for no service should get together and do a class action suit against the ncic Communications company ! Also, I see where a law was passed that those companies could not charge extra fees for assisting people with a live operator . It cost $7 if you want to speak to a customer service representative to place money on the accounts . Every time ! read more

Horrible don't use. 10.00 got me a 2 minute video call. When I called, was told that they charged me for accepting calls which said they were free. I was going to use the money for messaging but was being charged .25 cents a word. If I could I would give it 0 stars. It's a rip-off. I would like to report this but don't know to who. read more

I'd give this company zero stars if I could. We called to set up a account so my brother could call us. The operator talked to my dad who is elderly and not tech savvy. The guy told him 10.00 would be enough for us to call him or him to call us at least once. So we set up the account gave them our card number and information and 10.00 was added. So we call the number and say we want to leave him a message to call us. Done. Then we noticed the account was down to 5.95 WHAT?? 5.95 to just say call us?!! So I called the company and talked with some foreign guy who spoke litterly no English. Also very unprofessional and the noise in the background was very loud. He went on with so sorry I understand bull for almost 15 min then got mad at me and said the 10.00 should still be there because my brother has not accepted the message or tried to call us. And basically got mad and told us good day click. Soo. I checked the account. .95 left. By then I'm pissed. So I called him back. They charge the operator fee to call them. Also a 3.00 fee of that 10.00 to set up the account. This company is a 100% legit scam. They took all the money for nothing. 10.00 gone in less than a 1 min message saying call home. That's all I said. I'm very upset. I'll say this. Screw this company. Don't give them your money! It may take longer but it's cheaper and safer to use the old letter in the mail! read more

Do not use this company to keep in contact with your loved ones! try inmateaid! anytime you make a transaction these guys they a charge you $3 or $5.95 if a operator assists you.or When you're asked to add funds to your account... ($10 for example) you THINK they would add the $3 ON TOP of the $10 meaning it $13! But oh no! how would they make money? They take your $10. Charge $3 out of it then for left with $7 for calls. Which equals to about 2 calls. Then guess what? Your adding more money with ANOTHER service fee! That's the TRUTH. As far as my experience goes...My account was set up buy an operator 3 days ago. she took ALL my information, credit card, email, password,everything! She charged my card $20 which I wanted to put on my account however only $13 made it! Why? Because they took out that service fee $5.95 service fee! Which she said I wouldn't be charged since my account wasn't YET active! Ok. A few days pass. My loved one calls. For the first time! I check balance and only 3 left? What happened to the $30? I call to find out. Operator say No account created! I then believe to think this is a scam and call to request the refund. during the refund process I find out NCIC is the correct phone provider. I called back onw min later to cancel the refund. which they said they did. As of now there are no funds on my account because they processed the refund anyways. so guess who has to pay another service fee? you guessed right! man I know this company gets rich off the service fees alone! I could have already day (5)15 min calls for my loved one that I have just paid in service fees alone! This company sucks big ass! read more
