I go in every month or so for the past 3 years. I often bring my husband for a pedicure and have brought my daughters for manis, pedis, and the oldest gets a set of nails. We had one time where the nails were not what we expected, but every other time has been wonderful. They are always welcoming and do a great job. My husband is a diabetic, so he has to be careful and very attentive with his feet. They are one of the few places we have ever gone that he hasn't had an issue with getting cut or worrying about the cleanliness. I have gone here consistently for the couple years most of the time it is good and they take care of me for pedicures and nails even fixing nails quickly on a walk in. Last 2 visits I have been put with a older man that is absolutely horrible the worst at pedicure and nails. Constantly can't control the file and has nicked me multiple times on toes and my fingers or he holds it too long in one spot where it starts burning. Extremely disappointed in this salon. They put my fingers in soak for an hour while they kept running from chair to chair to start other clients. They took 1.5 hours to do my pedicure, and I finally gave up on my nails. To add to this I noticed the techs were going from client to client using the same gloves, even using the cash register with soiled gloves and coming back to the clients. Then I saw a tech use the same instruments on another client's pedicure that had been used on my feet, without any disinfectant. This made me realize that they probably used non-disinfected tools on me! I am diabetic and have to be careful to avoid any foot infections. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The young man was very nice but I will not be going back and cannot recommend this salon. read more

This place is very VERY unprofessional and very dirty. They tried to have us pay for a really bad pedi that they continued to argue with us that THEY didn't think was bad, my sisters feet say otherwise. The nails are blotchy, the owners wife was the one who did her feet, she refused her acrylic when she asked for it, it was so bad. My sister did not finish the full pedi because she was sick of the wife's crap, and they were trying to charge us for the full service when she didn't do the rest of it. I paid for our services and refused to pay full price for my sisters due to her not getting the full service, the owners wife kept yelling at us making excuses just so we would pay full price for her terrible service. She went back to where my mom was and started saying stuff to her, I asked the owner if he can please have her stop trying to bring our mother into it. He told me they are the owners, they can speak how ever they want to us. I said "oh so that gives you guys the right to talk shit?" He said "yea". So overall, after they had us wait a whole hour after our scheduled appointment, this is what all happens. The owner himself did my nails and they are so terrible, he also was farting the whole entire time he did my nails it was getting hard to breathe! He said they will refuse service to us the next time we come in, the fact that he had the nerve to think we were going to even return is insulting after this terrible experience with them. Also them thinking their work is even close to good enough for us to chance going back to that dirty unprofessional environment. My husband and I scheduled appointments for pedicures. We decided to just get the basic plans and were treated as if we were not important. The process was rushed, nail color was applied and then to attempt to dry, she waved a piece of paper for about 60 sec and left to go assist another customer. Never returned to see if nails were dry or put a dryer on them. No was asked if we needed any more assistance. We paid and the two women that preformed the pedicare never addressed us. Would not recommend this spa. Also just because we had an out of state telephone number does not mean we do not live in Minot. read more

I went here to get my toes and nails done and for the most part it was a pleasant experience. When I got home I noticed in the light my nails looked as though they had bubbles in them or maybe another color got mixed into the paint. Considering you pay a lot for acrylics, it is nice to get them done the right way. Made an appt with them on Friday for the following Tuesday at 1pm with a man that someone referred me to. I got there and nobody was at the front desk to help me. I filled out the check in sheet and this man that was on his phone said hi and I told him who I was there to see. He then told me to sit down and he proceeded to play on his phone. Then when he was ready he did my nails. They're uneven and there's nail polish on my skin. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before someone told him to charge us. He was too busy scrolling on his phone. The nails aren't thick (that's a plus) but the tips are uneven and he neglected to file down the nail in some spots. I don't know who did my nails but the customer service is terrible. I wouldn't go there again unless I went with the woman who showed me her nails. She would know better than me. Otherwise if customer service is important to you then steer clear of this place. I'm extremely disappointed. read more

Worst customer service I have ever received!! This place is awful, my nails were painted so bad, and was yelled at in front of everyone for no reason. The maximum you can soak your feet for is an hour and that is exactly how long mine were soaked before being helped. The workers were so rude and took three hours for a basic manicure with gel polish and pedicure, even though I had a scheduled appointment. I will never go back to this place, and if you are looking for somewhere to go do not come here. Such a waste of time and money and I hope no one ever has to experience the awful customer service I just did. read more

My mother, my daughter and I all got mani pedis and none of it was worth the money we paid for it. My daughters nails we're not what she wanted design wise, even though we showed a picture of exactly what she wanted, it wasn't complicated, just red with black polka dots, her nails we're also all sticky when we left and started peeling off almost immediately. The guy who did mine was so rude and impatient, I had chosen colors for my hands while soaking my feet, he took the samples and then when ha asked me what I wanted on my nails and handed me a few other sample packs none of them had the colors I picked, I tried to tell him several times and he was so mad, literally yelling at me saying he didn't "know what I'm talking about, just pick some, there are too many for him to know which pack I he'd, etc." I found it eventually. I got gels and they we're sloppy, edges we're uneven, thick spots all around. My mom got powder dip and the color was not the color she picked and they we're also sloppy, not smooth, thick and thin all over, tons of extra stuff under her nails and around the edges. I've spent quite a bit of time filing and trying to even mine out. I also usually expect a little bit of a massage if I get a spa pedicure treatment and we didn't really get that either. We won't be going back there, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

My experience was absolutely terrible, which is unfortunate because I have been going here for the last few months. None of my nails are the same length, and I had to ask for the gentleman who was doing my nails to reshape multiple nails and was there an additional 45 minutes than I needed to be if he had done a good job the first time around. And when I did ask him to reshape three of my nails (which were very wide on top and looked ridiculous), he acted like I was annoying. I was extremely frustrated because I was getting them done for engagement pictures, and the nail on my LEFT hand he held the drill on for too long and it turned bright red by the cuticle. So in order for him to cover it up, he had to put more gel over the top of my cuticle (and I had a light light shade on). It was a terrible experience and I am still laughing at how different my two thumb nails look, as well as how different each length is, not to mention they aren't even STRAIGHT across the top. read more

In addition, the quality of gel nail was very poorly done and service expensive. Not worth the price (comparison to major city Las Vegas). One of my friends soaked her feet and waited for over 30 minutes for her pedicure, which we had scheduled in advance. We left without her receiving a pedicure because it was 45 minutes past our scheduled appointments and no one had even spoken to her. I used to come to this place all the time but the service went down. That's unfortunate because I used to enjoy coming here and always recommended it. The last time I went was two months ago and it was my last time because the nail lady painted a flower on one of my nails and another lady worker came up and spoke Vietnamese or whatever and was laughing and then she called over another lady and they were speaking then she started laughing. So I asked the lady doing my nails what was so comical and she said they are laughing at my flower I painted. Like u think I want that on my nails?! My feelings were a little hurt after that and the way I felt made me not wanting to ever come back. I have patronized this place since they opened in Minot for pedicures, manicures, and acrylics but I will be finding another establishment. They have been rude and have embarassed me at times with my pedicures but the last time my daughter and I went, we were having our acrylics filled. They charged me a full price for acrylics plus the guy that did my nails was in such a hurry that he didn't even get the nail polish over the entire nail. They looked bad and two of them broke.
