After signing the work authorization form and calling the office I was told that the confirmation of appointment only occurs at the end of the day over text. I didn't get a text til the next day, and then a tenuous promise of being scheduled for Friday morning only to be informed the night before that it wasn't happening. And then no guarantee of work happening on Monday. This entire process made me feel small.
