Neal's son and crew installed my level 2 charger for a Mustang Mach E. They evaluated my breaker box which was full, rearranged as necessary to accommodate a 60 amp breaker for the 48 amp charger, and ran a line to my garage. The install was quick and they cleaned up everything after they were done. Besides the new charger being on the wall, you'd never know they were there. We have been renovating a 5000+ sq foot house for the past 7 months and have had NCE help us. I highly recommend Jay, he's been helping us since the very beginning of this project and is the technician I always request. He has excellent attention to detail and always does a phenomenal job with whatever task is asked of him. I trust him completely and he knocks it out of the park every time. Mykaela runs the office and is both knowledgable and wonderful at what she does, her willingness to listen and work with us when we had deadlines and priorities helped tremendously. They worked with us, the interior designer and AV company to completely transform the home's electrical system. We changed every fixture, every switch and outlet, all the recessed lighting (more than 70+), installed ceiling fans and wiring for multiple speakers. They added surge protectors to our breaker boxes, installed a Kohler generator and moved our outdoor meter further into the property to avoid it being an eyesore in the front yard. They helped us wire our security cameras, redo our electric lines to the pool pump, fixed the circuits running to the outdoor kitchen and ran the wiring to the new pool cover. She was able to get an electrician out to my home within 2 hours. I took a picture of my situation. Jacob was punctual and completed the job in about 15 minutes. He was very professional.
