His receptionist was very kind and offered me a drink (water, soda, etc.). Meeting Benji for the first time I immediately felt comfortable talking to him. He answered all my questions in terms I could understand. My husband came to the appointment a little late and Benji had no problem filling him in on things we discussed. Benji gave us something the person before him didn't. HOPE! We left there feeling like would could really do this! We could really own a home soon! What worse is they will tend to give you a higher rate even you have a great credit score. After all, they will sell your mortgage to a terrible mortgage management company in a few days.
