I have hired Penn Wynne to fix the AC, perform routine maintenance on the heating systems, and perform some additional minor plumbing work. It is so convenient to be able to combine both plumbing and HVAC related matters into one visit. Evan and Dylan always show up on time (and sometimes even a few minutes early) for each visit. This is so rare when it comes to home service providers. This is a great company and I have them at the very top of my list for the next time that I have a need.

Because of the dishonest work performed, I had to pay for work needed by another company because of damage that was caused by their negligence and lies. They claimed to have replaced a certain pipe that was not. A report signed off by them and the borough stated it was done, but pictures taken by other companies dispute this. I also had to call them a few weeks after I purchased the property because of the lack of replacement of groundwork, a large sink hole developed in my yard. An employee came out with a few bags of soil and discovered they would need a truck load of dirt. Why are they even in business?

Basically, an entire zone wasn't getting any heat and the pump was running hot. Karalis' guy charged me a $135 diagnostic fee to tell me that either the system was air bound, or the pump was bad. I could've diagnosed that myself. He promised to get me an estimate on making changes to the system so that the problem would be resolved. After a few few weeks of not hearing from them, I called and got the owner on the phone. He said that they were looking into it and that they would get back to me with an estimate for the work. It is now been three months. Radio silence. I'm not impressed, I won't use them, and I recommend you don't either.
