There were so many times I thought I was screwed. And with the pandemic at it's best, the very insanely long delays, I really thought there is no possible good outcome. ***WARNING*** Stay FAR AWAY from this Law firm. Hired Aaron Fhima for a Lemon Law case because he was in my local area. He made so many false promises then quickly turned my case over to a blantly incompetent paralegal (?), as if she is actually an attorney herself, that is even worse. Within a week or two, he moved offices and changed his phone number and failed to provide me with that info. I called and left so many messages and never heard back. Finally he responds with " I was on a phone call when you tried to call that one time". How about approx 20+ times Aaron, not just once. Very high turn over of employees, who misplaced my file, and basically didn't know anything about my case or where my file was. Aaron failed repeatedly to return calls, or respond to email and text. The incompetent person who he handed my case off to, did not want to talk to me and did not want any info on my case, stating she had all the info. Apparently Not. Both of them kept stating to me I wanted to keep my car when there is no way I wanted to kept a car that had severe electrical and fuel system issues that are NOT REPAIRABLE. Do you know the absolute terror of driving down the freeway or needing to excelerate in traffic and ALL the electrical and power goes completely out !!!. I repeatedly heard from repair shops that my car is a " Can Of Worms" and no one would touch it. I tried many times to get help from Aaron regarding this incompetent employee but he just would Gas Light me by telling me that They Don't Do That at their Law firm DESPITE the Fact I have it in Writing. He has absolutely No Clue what people in his office are doing and apparently doesn't want to know or take accountability. I told both him and that other person to STOP with the lemon case as I wouldn't work with someone who won't communicate. They didn't stop, and when the paralegal (?) called me offering $2000. ( yes, you read that right ), I said absolutely not and once again to stop working on my case. Now... Aaron is trying to settle my case for less than $20000. leaving me with nothing to buy another car. This car almost constantly has the check engine light on, and if you idol at a red light, the engine locks up. Its a NIGHTMARE. I will be seeking a malpractice case against this HORRIBLE law firm and all involved. My case had even more extensive documentation due to the fact of what the dealership did to a disabled senior from the very beginning. I am happy that I retained this firm. Working with Aaron was the best part about the whole term since I retained them. At all times, he has made me comfortable. He is the partner at the firm, so my case was delegated to another attorney (probably an employee). I do not want to take her name here, but she pretty much forced me to surrender the car and worry about my money later and the deduction were not right either. When I requested a call to Aaron he jumped in and made sure that I am under no pressure to surrender the car until I am satisfied with the amount that I was entitled to. He always had a calm demeanor and talking to him is like talking to your own close friend. He is a wonderful guy and is always on your side. I also had another problem after surrendering the car my Attorney's assistant didn't reply to me in time about the payment which was promised to me (which by the way - was also a favor from Aaron to me), he jumped again and made sure that I get the payment in time and called me personally to apologize. So I stumbled on to this law firm when I was doing a search for a Lemon Law Attorney. I had been working with the manufacturer for months trying them to take the car back due to safety issues, but they didn't feel that my claim was valid. So I decided to go a different route and hire an attorney. I called the law firm and was immediately transferred to one of the partners.
