I tried to return them the next day because I noticed that they were obviously used and returned previously, and because I felt pressured into my purchase and was denied. I had to call the Canton store to confirm they he was lying about the return policy in an attempt to keep his commission. Scummy service, not genuinely helpful in any way. Go to fleet feet instead.

My only problem was, like Bootbarn, there's really no one there to help you with sizing your boots. It's a crap shoot, get boots off shelf, try em on, move on to the next pair. I had really hoped there'd be some long - time experienced salesperson who'd give me a size measurement and help me find boots that fit. It was still fun. people working there were really nice, and they had a good selection of wide width boots, organized by size & width, unlike boot barn. If you don't have vastly different sized right & left feet, you should leave happy.

When brought back to see what options were on the table, the owner began to accuse of buying the purse somewhere else even though proof of purchase was in hand! She began to use profanity and said she was not honoring the product. This is an absolute disgrace to our community. I hang my head that there is a local business owner that treats their customers this way. Very sad to be treated like a criminal for bringing a purse back to ask options.

During the exchange my mother had with Jacqueline, my mother noticed a dress for $1,100. My mother made a comment about not spending that much on a dress. And Jacqueline rudely stated "okay, then what IS your budget". I then arrived and attempted to see if the selection ended where I could see or if the room was longer than that, as we were greeted at the door and blocked from entering further. I walked two steps forward to observe the space and Jacqueline then forcefully grabbed my wrist and moved me from the area as I was attempting to observe their selection. Upon my husband calling, to confirm if the grab was intentional or accidental in the force used, the person who answered the phone, also Jacqueline, was rude, and then proceeded to hang up on my husband and stated they have "no idea what you're (husband) talking about". I heard wonderful things about this place but for them to treat potential customers, let alone anyone for that matter, is disgraceful and unprofessional.

Our appointment started at 1pm, and it was for both me and my matron of honor who is also getting married. We immediately started pulling dresses, and were able to put them into our fitting rooms. I started with my favorite dress, and that was a mistake because I didn't want to take it off! The bridal consultants made sure to take things out and bring things in that they thought we would like. And the dresses that the bridal consultants put me in were some of my favorite dresses. The best thing about this place is that she can customize literally any dress and make it perfect. My matron of honor found the dress of her dreams! I did not find the dress, however, that is not the reason I had to take off one star. After looking back, I realized that there were very limited options. They did not have the options I wanted for a traditional dress, and the quality of the dresses were nothing over the top -- similar to a Davids Bridal quality. They had one dress that I loved the entire time. Luckily, she is able to customize the dress, however, it was very difficult for me to visualize what it will look like. Overall, a really good experience if you are looking for a very individualized consultation -- we were the only brides there the entire day! However, you need a very good vision of what you want before going there, and make sure you can visualize it.
